The sushi chef here is an expert and I can tell he cares about real delicious sushi. I love the atmosphere, uplifting fun family friendly music. Clean and bright tables and lighting. The mussels appetizer was incredible and everything from the miso to the sushi was expertly crafted. 10/10 would recommend this place to a friend looking for a sushi fix. The employees are so nice and the food is fantastic.

Best sushi in Rochester. No debate. Best rice you’ll find. Best tuna, there isn’t a place that has as high quality tuna as you’ll find here. The menu has so much to offer that if you aren’t a fan of a certain roll there are enough options to find what you like. If you haven’t been here and you love sushi then you need to go. If you don’t know if you like sushi you also need to go.

Love this place found it on a whim and I have a friend who grew up in NYC and will not go to another place it’s authentic and clean; she has walked out the door just by the first breath of another sushi restaurant and said absolutely not. I live in Greece, NY and I hate driving in Henrietta, NY but I will for this place – only expensive if you order a lot which we normally do – appetizers plus soup or salad (sometimes both), and multiple rolls we share but it is always too much and always have leftovers.

We went here for the first time. It’s entirely bland on the outside and the interior decor is similar. But it’s the food that we really enjoyed as well as the quiet, calm, unhurried service. This is a place for people who like sushi and a quiet chat, which describes us perfectly!

Very clean inside. We were there between the lunch and dinner rushes, and the service was great, the food was awesome, and we will be back again! We even tried the dessert sushi, which was delicious.

Very good food and attention to detail. Highly recommend the miso soup (excellent flavor), and specialty rolls – OMG, VIP, etc. Food was tasty and presented very well (as someone who has spent quite a bit of time in Japan, I can attest that presentation is a big part of the overall eating experience). We also tried a dessert roll – at first we weren’t sure what to expect, but it came out really good. Staff was very friendly as well. Highly recommend.
