Ordered pizzas and breads sticks for delivery along with an extra pizza sauce, Doordash delivered it. I didn’t receive any of my sauce, which I paid extra for. I called the restaurant and they told me there was nothing they could do because it was door dashes fault . I think I’ll stay with bc and 3 brothers pizza.

Pizza is consistently bad even for Little Caesar’s standards. I only ever see teen workers which is fine. But the pizza definitely tastes like it’s made by 16 year old boys. Never see a manager … maybe that would help if an adult would quality check the pizza every now again. The kids are good workers & respectful.. do want to mention that.

Just stopped in for lunch, was not greeted by the person that was taking orders. The only thing he said after a few minutes was “what can I get for you?”. When I asked if he was alright he said “this is how I always am, there is nothing to be cheerful about”… Overall the most negative person in a customer facing position I have encountered EVER. I am glad his attitude didn’t affect the taste of the food.

We usually get our pizza from here and great service. Warm and tasty.
Last night we tried a deep dish pizza. It wasn’t tasty at all. Little or no sauce on the pizza. Not warm either.
I wouldn’t recommend the deep dish at all.

LIVID. I just went in and told the tall bearded person that I wanted a pizza. Got rushed so I settled for just a pepperoni. THEN after I put my card in and finished the transaction and while I was doing that the dude grabbed the pizza and then the pizza was dropped on the counter, not set, dropped and even skidded a little bit. And then he just walked off! No asking if I wanted a receipt, no have a good day. Just treated me like a nuisance and walked away without a word. I’m never going back to this location if that is how the franchisee is going to let their employees treat customers. Rush time or not, there is no need for this kind of behavior in customer service!

Today I came in for a hot and ready and there were fresh pizzas waiting for me apon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly face that helped me with my order and was very patient while I indecisively decided what to get for my lunch.
The cashier was friendly, kind and polite. The food was the typical hot and ready I’ve grown to love. But sadly, my only gripe with this location is that when I tried to show extra appreciation for the Cashier she informed me they are not allowed to accept tips. As a service worker myself and due to the great customer service I received today this is something I’d really like to see changed at this location. I hope management is listening and willing to show appreciation for their own staff, I will be coming back soon.

The pretzel pizza is actually a wonderful tasty idea for those who love the pretzel in the cheese flavor however. The inside of the place was absolutely dirty and the sauce that you can purchase has a big amount of dust on every single one of them as if they’ve been sitting there for more than four months that is absolutely gross I could just imagine what else has been sitting in there for a long. Of time to and not being properly taken care of for that I give them two stars.

Did not have any hot and ready pizza ready. The service was slow. Waited for 30 minutes for 2 pizzas. Staff did not care or show any concern getting customers their orders. One staff who had long hair kept flipping his hair out of face while making the pizzas or using his hands to move his hair out of his face while making the food without never washing his hands. I was told by another staff member they had no policy about the long hair. Which is hard to believe.
