Wish I could give NO STARS. Horrible customer service, counter cleark made rude racial remark. Only me an my kids an husband in store, so it was not misdirected. On top of that we got swindled..ordered all large cups, spent $40+ cause it was my kids graduation treat, got home & noticed the double cupped us,meaning charged us for big bowl & shortened our amount. SEE PICS, youll understand but this was very WRONGan they still managed to mess up 2 of the orders too busy trying to cheat us. I will NEVER go here again.

I went to this Cold Stone last night at 9:50. They close at 10. We were told we couldn’t order any mix ins because they already ‘turned off’ the stone. I said but you don’t close yet. They said sorry. So we left and went to the other Cold Stone in town. Very disappointing. They also had half the store taped off. It was clear they wanted to get home.

They have variety of fancy ice creams so I found hard to choose at first then ordered Banana Caramel, Chocolate devotion and a Mudd Pie Mojo. O my ice cream!
Aha! tasted all , so yummy, isn’t it tempting?
They have a place to outside and enjoy your super yummy ice-cream as well. A lot of parking outside since it’s inside the Fremont Hub.

They made an amazing 49er cake for my boyfriend’s birthday. We love it so much it was perfect just how I wanted it We love it so much it was perfect. Just how I wanted it beautiful I will be purchasing another cake.

Probably the worst coldstone I’ve been to… Can you believe, this is founders favorite… it’s simply sweet cream and I can barely see the caramel sauce to it! When I talk to the guy who made it, my dude wants an extra dollar for to finish his half baked work…
The other problem I had was, the ice creams are super cross contaminated and was disgusting…

I came in to get ice cream on May 11 on a Saturday and really enjoyed it was good. However, the customer service was disappointing. The employee seemed distracted, was talking to himself, and had an AirPod in. It was clear he was on a call while serving customers, which felt unprofessional. I hope the store improves on this going forward.
