If I order here during the day on a weekday the pizza is fantastic. Every single time I order on the weekend or in the evening I end up getting absolutely terrible pizza. Delivery folks are always great. Whoever makes you pizzas in the evenings and on the weekends really needs some training from the m-f day crew. What makes it worse is if I make a complaint I get a free two topping pizza, however the pizza I ordered is gluten free and that is not an option as the free replacement. So I’m stuck with a cold, rock hard pizza and no replacement for it.

I didn’t feel like cooking tonight 7/11 and decided to get pizza. I order it well first I forgot which location I ordered from so I call this location and a gentleman answered who sounded like he just hates his job but told me yeah it’s here. So I ride over pick it up and get home and the pizza is burnt dry and no extra cheese. So I called back up there and same gentleman answered and I explained to him about my pizza he had very nasty attitude like sir I know it’s Friday people order pizza like crazy on Friday but no need for an attitude for a mistake that was made by y’all. So he just said come up here I’ll make another one very rude. I get up there and I wait to speak with him and he just a whole attitude the whole time and then purposely made me wait for the redo of the pizza for 30 mins. And when he finally brought the pizza to counter and just handed to me nothing else said just straight attitude. I got home and opened the pasta omg I was like seriously the pasta was dry no taste actually tasted funny and no sauce at all. Like I want corporates number because I was very calm and nice but that was truly uncalled for. Ps I only taken two bites of pasta so that tells you that my order was very rushed and not made with care

I ordered my pizza online it said pizza would be delivered in 19 to 29 minutes at 9:22 pm they began preparing it according to the tracker. It’s now 10:41 pm and I called and sat on hold after the ai bot said my pizza was boxed and waiting to be delivered. I was going to ask if I could just pick it up since its been an hour, however after 10 minutes on the phone on hold no one picked up. I managed a pizza place, I know how long it takes to go through the oven. I understand being busy and I understand being short staffed, however it takes 2 seconds to pick up the phone and answer a question. I wouldn’t have minded picking it up but what makes me mad is I couldn’t even talk to someone to tell them I would pick it up.

I placed an order and when I noticed they were taking a long while I checked in line and I had placed the order over an hour almost 2 ago. I called nicely just checking to see what was going on and the guy had a nasty attitude and said “Next time consider picking it up” terrible customer service and a terrible response when a tip was left before hand. Staff is ridiculous

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and a chicken parmasen sandwich and received two chicken bacon ranch sandwiches . I’m pissed there’s barely anything even on the sandwiches it’s more of a cheese and bread tho g no ranch no chicken

I ordered for delivery, called after an hour and was told they were short staffed which i totally understand. This review is more against corporate for not doing better for their employees and customers. I later then called at the 2hr mark and asked to be refunded which i was but i did not receive the money i had already tipped for the driver. Will not be ordering from dominos for a while ill just stick to papa johns
