Unless you want pizza that looks like this don’t go to this location. I have tried to give this place another chance 3 times in a row now and I’m done wasting my money on pizza that tastes terrible and looks disgusting. We don’t like eating pizza with grease caked all over the bottom of it. I’ve even called and asked for them to make sure our pizzas are cooked all the way after placing my order online. I have done that the last 3 times we’ve ordered and they always say yes we will. We’ll they didn’t. This napkin is the 3rd one I used on the same slice of pizza to try to get some of the grease off of it and attempt to eat it.

I have dined in or gotten take out here for 35 yrs alot has changed over the yrs. Food is always great it was only my party in the whole restaurant we enjoyed our visit. The poor waitress seemed moody but I guess if I had to work on mothers day I would be moody too. I hope her day got better when she got home to her baby’s.

I got a pizza and I asked for extra sauce I got home and there was no sauce on it at all so They gave me credit, but it was still aggravating as I live 20 minutes away. This happened again on another day and because I complained prior ,they said I complained too much and was banned! They didn’t let me bring it back and even show them or get credit. They banned me from Pizza Hut ! I’m very very disappointed!

I have a service dog and today Aug.2,2025. They told me that I had to take the dog out side when there is people in the restaurant. So be careful if you have a service dog with you they will tell you that the dog can’t be in the restaurant. Out of all the time coming in with my service dog today was the first time I had ever experienced them telling me I can’t have my service dog with me.

I love pizza hut. This one is the closest and its about 20 minutes away. The food is always great. The place is updated and always clean and the staff are excellent!
