The bacon cheese smash burger was divine and the phoenix spicy chicken burger was INSANELY GOOD and a huge portion! We got the sweet potato fries on the side and they were also great! Very nice individuals working there as well! We will be back!

Great bacon cheeseburger exactly what I was craving. Love the sweet pickles too! Took less than ten mins to have ready. The couple of sweet potato fries I stole from my partner are good, haven’t had a chance to try the regular fries yet as I am full from my massive burger. I’ll be back

Went on the advice of the bartender over at the local brewpub and damn! Tried all varieties of tacos – Fat Guys style – and paired them with the onions fingers. Great food truck. If your in Republic it’s a must stop.

Got out of my car. Smelled the most heavenly meat/bacon smell ever. Tracked it down to the source. Found this place, and got the breakfast burger. Easily in the best top 3 burgers I’ve ever had. Fries were amazing too. 10/10 recommend if your stopping by Republic. Only wish it wasn’t so far from where I live. (From out of town). I will be coming back next time I’m in the area!

We ordered food while sitting at Republc Brewing and picked up to eat at brewery. Everything we had was delicious and if you love spicy the Phoenix Chicken is the fire. The onions string were the best I’ve ever had.

First time eating here. We are in town for hunting and the local place we tried first was a little “Knotty” and said my to-go order would be at least an hour for two chicken strip baskets? Went here and watched Fat Guys take fresh chicken, dipped it in batter and fried right there! No frozen processed crap. Cant wait and try a burger next time im in town.

Visited my hometown for a last minute road trip day. It was a Sunday afternoon, and the town of Republic was quiet. Most of the restaurants were closed, but found this little food truck tucked behind the main street. We met a woman named Dani that works here, and she was super friendly! Talked to her for a bit while we decided what to order. We ordered the steak and chicken Street Tacos, FAT GUYS STYLE, the Chubby Chix, and Onion Fingers. Everything was ENORMOUS portions, and absolutely delicious! I kid you not… I was NOT expecting to have the BEST food truck tacos I’ve ever eaten, in a small town like, Republic. The chicken sandwich and the onion fingers was next level as well! My mouth is watering while I type this LOL. When I come back through, this is my spot. There is no question about it. 10/10 food, 10/10 service, and 10/10 to the lovely people working in that small truck in 100°F. Bless your hearts.

Stayed at Curlew lake and resort manager recommended this truck. It was actually very good and I kept coming here every day instead of eating whatever I brought with me to cook. Next time I will bring less food and just eat here.
