Had dinner at Prime Cut this evening, an experience to remember.
The meat was exceptional, perfectly cooked and full of flavour.
What truly stood out was the service: Lucas was attentive, kind and effortlessly professional.
The restaurant’s atmosphere is refined yet warm, with a beautiful bar at the entrance that sets the tone for the evening.
Highly recommended.

I took the family here for a little celebration and just on Sunday there is a promotion for Tomahawk steak so we literally all ordered it! What’s great is that you can get it sliced or not, of course with your choice of degree of frying but also with your choice of toppings They have a delicious Merlot which goes nicely with the red meat!
Decor and atmosphere very dignified so it’s worth coming here in the evening 🙂 The staff was also very nice so it’s good that service is added to the bill.
The cigar room is separate so it’s great because for non-smoking people there’s no smell whatsoever in the air.

I visited this restaurant for my birthday dinner, expecting live music on Saturday as advertised — but there was none at all! While the steak quality wasn’t the best, it was acceptable given the lower prices compared to other restaurants. Overall, the dining experience was decent — until it came time to pay the bill, which completely ruined the evening.
To my surprise, checking out became a nightmare. I later read Google reviews and saw that many others had similar experiences. I’ve never been to a restaurant that made it so difficult to leave. We ended up waiting longer for the bill than we did for our entire three-course meal with drinks total costs PLN 700+
The staff member responsible for our table was nowhere to be found. We asked a lady with short hair for the bill — she said she’d bring it, then disappeared. We asked a younger woman, who also said she’d bring it, but nothing happened. Both had ignored us multiple times before even acknowledging our request.
After 35 minutes, the original waiter finally returned, bringing ginger shots “on the house” — but by then we were already frustrated. We had birthday plans afterwards, and wasting that much time just to pay and leave felt completely unreasonable.
Not an experience I’d want to repeat.

We had a lovely evening at Prime. The waiter was excellent, attentive and professional. Most dishes were great, though one meat dish wasn’t as fresh as expected. The highlight was the cool steam-topped drinks at the end. Overall, a stylish spot worth visiting.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared. I visited this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, it turned into one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve ever had.
After placing our order, we waited… and waited… and waited. In total, we remained seated for three hours, constantly being told by the staff that our food would be ready in “five more minutes.” This phrase became almost rehearsed, repeated every 20 minutes with no real update or honesty behind it.
Despite the delay, no apology was offered, no explanation, and no compensation such as drinks or a discount. The staff seemed indifferent to our frustration, and the lack of communication made the situation even worse.
In the end, the food never arrived at all, and we left without eating—hungry, annoyed, and extremely disappointed.
There are many great restaurants with respectful service and actual food. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

The food is so tasty! Our server was very friendly and attentive. The steak was amazing so were the other dishes. It was a great overall experience. And at the end, I got surprised for my birthday. Very elegant and accommodating.

Nice staff but some disappointing food tonight. The shrimps (appetizer) were nice, but unfortunately the rib eye was bad – a thin cut and it was tough. Really not worth the premium price tag. For reference, this restaurant adds a 10% service charge to your bill: this is not mentioned in advance anywhere I could see on the menu. I’m happy to give a tip, but not to be informed about a service charge in advance seems dishonest to me.

Recently, I visited this fabulous restaurant with my family. I can honestly say it’s the best restaurant in Warsaw. The restaurant offers beautiful interior, great atmosphere with friendly and professional staff serving delicious food. If you are a steak lover, this place is a must for you to visit. At this restaurant I ate the best filet mignon ever! and believe me I ate a lot of steaks in my life. I live in New York City and steaks here are one of the most popular dishes, so I know what I’m talking about when it comes to steaks and quality. I can also recommend this restaurant to vegetarians. My wife, who is vegetarian, ordered fish and was amazed by how tasteful the fish was. If you are vegetarian, know that they have plenty dishes with different kinds of fish for you too. Next time you visit Warsaw, you must to try this place especially their steaks!!!
