Update: I got a second burger to go because it was that great.
Typically fast food is what it is but this particular five guys with Faith and Kyren behind the counter was exceptional. Even being near close, they both had a smile on their faces, were extremely friendly and courteous. There was a level of care put into the food that is so often missing. Everything was lined up perfectly. The right amount of toppings were put on neatly so it wasn’t sloppy or falling apart. Maybe that seems like a weird thing to care about but I personally hate getting food that you can tell is just thrown together. Regardless, it was a great experience because of Kyren and Faith. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a five guys. I should’ve taken a picture of the burger because it was truly delicious and put together perfectly.

They changed their fry portion sizes. A regular used to mean you got a bunch of fries in the bag along with a cup of fries. They switched to just a little paper bag of fries and no extras in the carry out bag. So you’re paying over $6 for a small fry now basically. Sick of corporate greed. Also they had hardly any Cajun seasoning on them.

I don’t give ‘fast food’ type places 5 stars often. This one will get it. It’s your typical 5 guys. Peanuts available while you wait for your chosen sandwich. This was the first time I got their griddle cooked hot dogs. They are phenomenal.

Absolutely AWFUL! The staff were very unwelcoming and unfriendly. I ordered two burgers and wanted everything on the side for the first one, the cashier told the worker making the burgers and he got visibly upset. The burgers were super greasy and the sauces were everywhere. It looked like the burger was dunked in sauce. The worse part was that the fries were undercooked and very soggy. This Five Guys used to be good but now it has lost me. Never coming back here ever again.

The cashier on Thursday October 23rd, at around 6pm asked if I had a pickup right when I walked in, and when I said no he got visibly upset and showed more attitude then I’ve ever seen in a work place.
I gave him no attitude and was polite the entire interaction and he was acting genuinely offended that I made him do his JOB that he gets PAID FOR

The food is great. The new prices are outrageous high. Way more than the cost of inflation. A bacon cheese burger by itself is $10.05 plus tax. No fries, no drink. These prices will effect families from coming here.

Clean restaurant and bathrooms, fairly quick service, moderately expensive (for burgers), tiny menu, underwhelming taste (that’s just Five Guys Burgers) a lot of talk for it to just taste like a home BBQed burger. 2nd time there, same experience both times.

I recently ordered two burgers from this location. Went home to realize that both burgers were completely messed up, so we went back to get them fixed. Then, they still messed up one of the burgers after getting it fixed. This wasn’t the first time they messed up our order. They clearly show their carelessness in their food.
