Experience will absolutely vary, but it may just be exactly what you’d expect from a 2 AM Taco Bell run.
On our adventure we encountered a high gentleman in the corner vibe dancing, employees being berated by a long line of impatient customers, trash all about outside, kitchen smells that will twist a tipsy stomach, and traffic cops ticketing unsuspecting folks unfortunately parked on the wrong side of the cozy, brick laid street. The food was as expected.
Thank you for the memories. I wish those employees nothing but the best and hope vibe dancing high gentleman made it to a safe place ✨

I came in and decided to get a soft shell taco, my taco was pretty good and so was my beverage. Sadly I paid $10 and I was supposed to get a change of $3.70, and only got $2.70 back. The staff was pretty friendly, but I would recommend paying with a card. Not cash.

The food taste was fine, but the service was just ridiculous: they forgot to put chicken in the chicken bowl and forgot to give guacamole. Instead of “we’re so sorry” they gave me “you’re so annoying” look
Also, the portion size was smaller than usual.
The floor looked like they never clean it

My go-to fast food restaurant.
I like the double stack taco with refried beans (instead of meat).
I ordered five items today and it cost me about ten dollars. I like that.
I was at Subway not too ago and spent more than twenty dollars on a meal.
Long live Taco Bell.

Came in at 3:30 pm and it was very busy. While we were waiting for our food I noticed a crew member just standing on her phone and briefly talking to customers when they asked for the bathroom code but nothing else. There were 3 or 4 lady’s who were working their butts off trying to get through the rush with multiple people getting upset and fussing at them. Eventually I had to use the restroom and found the toilet in the lady’s completely covered in pee and no toilet paper to even be able to wipe away the pee, so naturally I went to ask for it to be cleaned since they also have a sign saying to let them know of such things. The person I ask went an told someone else because I think she was about to get off work. The man she asked was huffing and puffing about having to clean the restroom to which I said I would clean it myself if they just give me a rag and the cleaner I would do it since I’ve worked in the food industry I understand sometimes the restrooms are the absolute last thing on your mind in a rush. The man told me to use the men’s and after I asked for the code to the men’s he then very aggressivly asked me what was wrong with the lady’s restroom, I told him about the pee on the seat and he didn’t believe me. He didn’t even know the code to the lady’s room. After I used the men’s I went to the same person I asked about the restroom and asked for the manager and it turned out he was the manager. I went on a rant to her, which I honestly feel bad about since there was nothing she could do, but I found out their district manager was watching the cameras because of an incident that happened earlier in the day. If the district manager was truly watching the cameras then I have a few questions. Why did you not come and help those hard working lady’s? Why didn’t you call and inforce the no phones policy I know y’all have? Why is the music so damn loud that no one can hear anything? How can you sit behind a computer and watch them struggle and not do a thing to help? You could of turned off the delivery orders to give them a bit of a break? You need to have a team meeting with this crew and encourage them to work together and if you decide to keep that girl that was standing around on her phone causing a rush you have horrible judgement.

Greetings to my peers!on june 6,2025 I arrived at (taco bell Cantina)in old town ALEXANDRIA,to get myself something to eat and had a very uncomfortable bad experience doing my visit at this business.the employees at this business didn’t acknowledge me as being a loyal customer, the energy giving was very unhealthy and unethical behavior overall.once I was finished placing my order at the (self checkout register)a employee asked me alot of unnecessary questions about my order and how I’d like to pay,why ask me any questions when your system data information at the (self checkout register) should’ve notified the employee how I wish to place a order at that present moment?the store manager condone, the store employee unethical conduct conduct with acting nonchalant to me as a customer and didn’t make sure that I was provided with good customer service.this is a serious issue that could’ve crested unhealthy atmosphere within the store.

One of my faves! Whether it’s a quick lunch or a late-night craving, Taco Bell never disappoints. I always go for the Crunchwrap Supreme or a classic taco combo—so satisfying. Their menu is super affordable too, and I love that they keep adding fun, limited-time items.
