Haven’t been to Dickey’s in a long time, but decided to stop today (1/14), and I can say things have massively improved. From the customer service that made us feel welcomed and attended to, the food hit the spot. Definitely will be coming back here again and again.

This place is so underrated! The food is great, the staff is friendly and the restaurant is SPOTLESS! It feels very comfortable to sit down and enjoy a good BBQ meal knowing the tables and floors are clean. They even have free soft serve ice cream! I have tried almost everything here and I’ve never had a bad experience. The best part, they have the best ice in town!!! Lol I fill my water cup with that ice and add my own drinks at home. Kudos to the staff!

Ordered today, and will probably be the last. Sausage was out, so it was replaced with chicken. Not a problem, except the chicken was dry as the heat. They didn’t include my pork ribs, and no sauces with my order. Terrible quality all around. Real shame since the food looked promising. 🙁 EDIT: Your Social Team NEVER responded to me, despite me sending THREE emails regarding my issue with the information you requested. Don’t try to show you care and not follow through with it.

Went to this restaurant and ordered a full rack of ribs and an order of fries. I realized that i didn’t ask for my military discount only after my friend received her order and used her discount. I asked the cashier if i could cancel my order and reorder so I could use my discount. She asked the other employee if she knew how to do it. The other employee said she only knew how to do it with cash. At this time the conversation was just between the two of them. I asked if they were going to do anything and they responded that they couldn’t but the manager could . I said I would come in tomorrow to speak with the manager and than they informed me that he would be gone all week until next week because he was on vacation.So my food arrives and I go to try the fries. Imagine my surprise to realize that i was given old dried fries. Tasted burnt and many pieces of broken ends. Oh and than was told the i cream machine was out since the day before

Good BBQ! Tried almost everything on the menu and haven’t been disappointed yet. My recent favorite is the giant baker with meat.. the potato is loaded with so many yummy toppings. I really like this location the staff is friendly and fast. using the app to order is easy and they always have my to go order ready.

The staff was amazing and kind. The atmosphere is very chill. I loved how it feels fresh inside. It didn’t take long to receive our food as well. The food was beyond our expectations. It was so filling we only were able to eat half. The original sauce is so delicious

I had a very unpleasant interaction with two of the employees today. I ordered pulled pork and the girl said that it was all fat. She didn’t want me to be upset if I got fatty pork. I was looking at what she had in front of her and I said that’s fine I can see a lot of meat if you can just pull it out. She wasn’t happy with that response. She kept repeating that it was all fat. She even ripped open the entire package of pork turning it upside down and scattering it across her cutting board. She also picked up a chunk of meat held it up for me to look at and squeezed it to show me the “fat”. It looked fine to me. I said it’s ok. The girl next to her kept saying that there is a little meat if I want it but the girl cutting the meat kept repeating that it was all fat. Basically it felt like they were trying to bully me into not getting pork. One of the girls said I had an attitude and they were both extremely rude. She even threw the bag of food on the counter next to the register. The third girl working the register looked like she wanted to run from her coworkers. All this just because I wanted pork

Owner cussed out my husband over their free ice cream called him a thief & rat. The lady overreacted and was very unprofessional. && Demanded that he threw away his ice cream which he refused. Had the lady acted civil I would have literally bought something to make up for it but right away she profiled him. I have ate here quite of few times since I work so close but honestly the way she treated my husband was horrible. What a ugly person from the inside. Literally all you had to say was sir the ice cream is for when you purchase something from us. Instead of trying to belittle a human. Imagine how this lady would treat a homeless person or someone not in the position to pay for something. May God deal with you accordingly.

Holy moly every time I order from this place whether it’s pick up or delivery the people that work there find a way to screw it up. It seems that they can’t read instructions in what is in the order. Ordered 2 plates one with extra toast and ranch and didn’t get any those not even the bread it comes with. Also we didn’t get a side of green beans. I called and the guy who answered was like don’t care sorry that I called cause I didn’t get stuff I paid for. So in all this was the 3rd time I’ve had issues with this Dickies and will be the last.
