The staff, super nice, the doughnuts, always fresh.
Good food and service isn’t guaranteed in this area, so we were so happy to be able to find this Dunkin Doughnuts with both. They were also really kind to my kids, which is always a bonus for me. There are three dunking Doughnuts closer to me, but I will happily drive to this one to give them my business.

Ameris is amazing! I dropped my credit card by accident in drive through and she came right out with no hesitation to help me, all with a smile on her face! Not to mention she continued to take the drive thru orders all at the same time. Ameris is always professional and kind every single time.

I ordered a strawberry refresher lemonade with no ice, but the lady gave it to me with ice. When I asked for it without ice, she said if she made it with less ice, it would cost a little extra — and if she made it with no ice, it would cost even more. She was not customer-friendly and had quite an attitude. Honestly, I don’t know if Dunkin’ has a new “ice policy” where you have to chew ice or pay the price, but this was ridiculous. I’ll be avoiding this Dunkin’ location from now on.

I was just there and asked for butter pecan ice coffee and they gave me pumpkin spice coffee, I went back and said it wasn’t right flavor, they changed it. However, third time when my friend went there to change it, she tossed a blame on me saying that I ordered wrong coffee… That’s not ethical service by blaming others for their mistakes. They need to be trained about customer service

Today was the best day, I just visited this amazing establishment and as I opened the doors I felt a the breeze of coffee hit me like a snow ball on a busy winter street after a blizzard in the best way. I waited in a small like didn’t take long and then I saw the person at the front desk. They smiled and greeted me as if I were royalty and loyalty. They asked me what I wanted from their establishment and I knew exactly what I wanted. It was gonna be an iced Americano like every day and this time was no different and iced Americano is my way to go and that is the way to go because because I love love love love love drinking my iced Americano at my 9 to 5. as soon as I ordered it, I can feel the anticipation rising. I knew my drink was being made with such love and perfection. The staff looked at me and I looked at them we not, and we agreed that this was about to be the best sip, I was about to take. I didn’t realize that I had to take a donut and I ordered it and I knew which one I was gonna go for the Boston cream. I love Boston cream. I love it so much. I want to have 50 Boston creams but I wanted to follow through with my healthy living so I didn’t get 50. I just got one, but that one was enough to take my mouth on a flavorful Wonderland tour. I traveled to literal beautiful places just from one bite.
Don’t ever go to Starbucks I hate Starbucks so much and if you still go to Starbucks, you’re missing out because you should never even step foot in Starbucks again come to Duncan drink at Duncan live at mine as long as you pay them I will pay rent to Dunkin thank you Duncan. I love you guys MINEOLA DUNKIN for life Yolo.

Muhammad was extremely kind to come out and help me. He checked my car, then started waving down customers for cables so he can help jump start my car!! 10 star service, everyone in the shop was so gracious, and offered me donuts and water while i’m struggling for over an hour. Thank you Muhammad and Dunkin’, so grateful for your delicious donuts and gold star service!

I went to the drive thru Dunkin’ Donuts with my daughter to get for my whole family thinking it was going to be easy. Little did I know it was a horrible mistake. I ordered 6 bacon egg cheese wraps and got 4 cheese and egg wraps. I got mini pancakes and hash browns and they were really bad. The only thing that is good was the munchkins and two iced lattes.
After spending $35 half the stuff was so bad. Just very upsetting to drive back to queens with half the stuff bad!!
