I’ve been going to Mama Rosa’s/El Coyote for at least 20 years. I’m 26 now, and everything is always so consistent and amazing. The service is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the margaritas are always amazing! I highly recommend checking it out whenever you want some authentic Mexican food!

The mojito passion margarita was delicious! I also had the vegetable fajitas and they were all so pretty tasty. The service was great, everybody was super friendly. I hate to delete a star for something so small, but the guacamole was missing something. It needed more citrus, maybe more salt. I’m used to more flavor. That being said, everything was tasty.

Wow …. was taken there by my daughter for my birthday. Awesome authentic Mexican food … great service…very clean …. great atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back. Great drinks and freshly made guacamole.
