Food was a absolute 10 out of 10! Hot fresh, made right then and there. Wait wasn’t long at all! Highly recommend! But….the area it’s in scared the lady I was with lol. The men shooting dice in the parking lot, smoking, drinking and wearing ski mask didn’t help. Think of it as a waffle house after the club, spectacular food but the atmosphere is….you get it lol. Im from the area so it doesn’t bother me, but for those from better areas like her? Just go through the drive through lol.

Atmosphere is a little dirty , the customer service doesn’t always understand or express themselves in English fluently. The bathrooms were not clean. The size of the wings are appropriate they know what they are doing. The chicken fingers taste delicious. The cheese fries were delicious. It’s plenty of the meals to try. The tenders were small they remind me of Bojangles without the hot honey pepper.The tea is really sweet.

My new fish fry Friday place. The mashed potatoes were delicious. I would add more butter. The Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. The chicken is so good. You know whomever is seasoning and frying it knows what they are doing !

This review covers my initial visit on Friday, 03-31-23 and my last visit on Saturday, 12-30-23. I really want to love this place, but after dropping the ball twice, I’m not sure if I’ll return.
I used the drive thru both times. The young ladies working the window are always nice. Here are my issues:
Both times, I’ve placed small orders as I’ve been in the area while running errands. I ordered the wings & shrimp initially. The last order was the side salad with blue cheese dressing and a slice of cheesecake. If you look at the picture, I’m not sure if it’s hair or what on the shrimp. Got home & by the time I started to dig in my salad, I saw what appeared to be some onion skin on a piece of onion.
I cook, so when I decide to patronize a business, the last thing I want is to regret spending money or thinking I should’ve just cooked myself. Was glad to see a new business in this community, but two regrets are too many for me.

Order through a delivery service. The picture on the menu shows that the meal comes with fries but I did not receive any fries. For the price it definitely should have come with fries. Other than this mishap the shrimps and gizzards were seasoned well. Most restaurants make fried gizzards way too salty.

This is a pretty dang good spot to drive to after a late night flight. The gyros have sautéed onions that really tie the sandwich together, and the fries were great, too.

The food was ok. The Alfredo was not good. Tastes like something out of a can. The Gyro was sour!! Not good at all. I will give them another chance with a different dish. But those 2 are definitely a no go for me.

Nick’s has outstanding seafood both take out and eat in. They serve Gyros also as well as Hamburgers, Cheese steaks, subs, various fried fish, and deserts. Also chicken fingers for the little ones. A feature is their 11” Shrimp Po’ Boy.
Great service – both quick and friendly. Reyna was my server. One of the owners/founders was there and he was also very welcoming. Loved my meal!! Got the Fried Shrimp and Fries. Fries has a nice Chesapeake bay seafood seasoning on them. Try the bang bang sauce – wow! Great Charlotte local food place – small chain.
