Service is extremely slow. On one visit the cashier (short hispanic male)saw me waiting to order and just ignored me in the kitchen area. I left. Pathetic no service. What are they paying you for?

I stopped by to order some food for my fiancee and I after my her long shift at the hospital. I ordered a Big Mac and she ordered the #9, ketchup only. Pull up to the window and was given the food pretty quickly and as I’m checking the order before driving away, I notice that the #9 has cheese on it. So I get the guy’s attention at the window and say there must’ve been a miscommunication, that the order was wrong. The guy immediately blames the cooks, saying he put the order in right and took the food back. I wait a few more minutes and he gives me the food back. I again check one of the two burgers of the #9 and see it’s correct. I get home and see that the one I checked was fine, but when we got to the second burger of the order it was literally just bread and ketchup. I get the order being wrong once, but literally twice in a row in this hilarious fashion?

For the 4th time in the past few months we ordered through the app, and when we pickup the order, NOTHING matches what we ordered.

8/18 10:35pm- two girls working that night were extremely rude and could not understand basic English, could not communicate that they made a mistake but continue repeating “you’re getting a refund” and asked ME for what I was getting a refund of without even giving me a receipt and started to act stupid when I had to step inside. Service is terrible, stay where you’re at ladies

Awful value. Staff obviously under orders to skimp on the fries. Closest McDonalds to our house and unfortunately a Large Fry box is rarely filled past halfway.
