Came once and it was too busy to get seated understandable with a place that just opened. I came after the holidays place is kind of empty that being said it’s just the inconsistency’s that come with a new place after the holidays. Place is good I’ll be honest the pizza was closest I had to the likes of my hometown monte di procida. I was actually surprised how spot on it was. As for the pasta it was good they use high quality ingredients so the flavors shine differently than places people here are used to. The food is fresh and light it makes you feel amazing throughout the day it doesn’t put you to sleep and make you feel groggy. That’s what people need to understand. Will come back if I’m shopping in the area. And cannoli was top tier

We got a reservation for lunch time and were welcomed with a glass of white wine. Seated and greeted by our waiter promptly who offered to answer any questions we had about the menu. They brought us whipped ricotta and crackers to taste and it was so good! The best ricotta I’ve ever had! We ordered the bruschetta, gnocchi pesto, and pizza MSC. All were delicious! Can’t wait to go again!

I recently dined at Eataly, and the experience was quite mixed. The bruschetta was delicious and full of fresh flavor, and the pizza was also quite good. Unfortunately, the seafood linguine was the worst I have ever had, since it had absolutely no flavor.
I asked the server for salt, pepper, and chili flakes, but they never arrived no matter how long I waited. My drink was also completely forgotten. I even followed up about it during the meal, yet it still did not show up until after my main course had been on the table for a while. It seemed that many of these issues traced back to the waitress, since the drink preparation appeared to be her responsibility, and she was also responsible for bringing the basic seasonings I requested.
A number of dishes were unavailable at 7 p.m., which felt like a teething issue for a recently opened restaurant. The menus were dirty and noticeably worn, and the dessert menus looked like they were printed on regular printer paper that had been passed around to hundreds of guests. Another inconsistency was the table setup, since not every table had fresh flowers, which made the presentation feel uneven.
Overall, the appetizers and pizza were enjoyable, but the poor service, the disappointing seafood linguine, the limited dish availability, the condition of the menus, and the inconsistent table presentation all affected the overall experience. I hope they can improve both their service consistency and the presentation of the dining environment.

Had hopes and was excited about having a local Eataly , We’ve visited locations in 4 other states and each time we’ve loved the experience and food. However this visit has fallen short. The food was ok , service was slow , bread we ordered was dropped at the table across from us. This location is just another mall food court restaurant. My husband and I went to Eataly to celebrate a personal goal, and the whole experience was absolutely amazing! From the person who took our reservation to Ms. Mindy, everyone was wonderful. Ms. Mindy was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and guided us perfectly, and the food was unbelievably delicious. I would come back!

Visiting Philly over the weekend I was excited to head out to the newly opened Eataly in the King of Prussia mall. Highlights were the linguine with seafood and the “Ruoto di Carro” pizza, a style I’d not had before – it’s very wide and thin. We added burrata for an extra layer of creamy goodness. Dessert included a soft serve style pistachio gelato, delicious! We bought a bottle of wine at the Eataly wine shop next door (we paid a $25 corkage fee) and tried some grappa as a digestive. Service was very good from Marc the manager and Justin. I’ve been to a few other Eatalys and this one is on par with the others!

The host was extremely rude. The bathrooms were absolutely revolting. Out of toilet paper, ice cold water that hurt my hands as I was trying to wash them. It smelled terribly of old urine and the floor looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a few days. The food was just ok. It was really a very overpriced not special experience.
Our waiter, Basil, was wonderful! He was on point, very knowledgeable about the offerings, very attentive and just overall a great server. He was so pleasant and I made sure that I told the manager about how great he was!

Amazing food and service, we went for my mother’s 50th birthday and got a free dessert for her with our meal. The food was amazing and very flavourful with quick service. I would highly recommend going here for any special occasion.

Stopped in for dinner on a business trip. Ordered the spaetzle and it was delicious. A glass of rose. Impeccable service. Mindy delivered excellent service. She was very knowledgeable on the menu and all questions. If you are in the area, make sure to stop in for dinner and dessert.
