Being in the customer service industry for 20+ years, I have an incredibly high standard. I was blown away at the level of customer service from the 3 workers at lunch today. They hustled and all of them had very refreshing attitudes. I was very impressed! Thank you!

Went through the drive through for dinner. I wanted to order one of the special sandwiches that had been on display right as you pull into the driveway. When I got to the menu kiosk the special sandwich wasn’t listed on the menu. I pushed the button to ask for help. The person on the speaker told me that if I wanted one of the special sandwiches I would have to come inside the restaurant to order it.
I think this is unacceptable. Why a advertise a sandwich in the drive thru that can’t be ordered in the drive thru. Even if I was willing to come inside to order, which I wasn’t, I was trapped in the drive thru by the cars in front and behind.

I was able to reverse out of the drive thru and go spend my money elsewhere.

I just thought you should know what’s going on in your restaurant.

If could rate ZERO I would. Clearly these children working here are high or something. How do you mess up an order when I am making my sandwich right in front of your two eyes???? They completely messed up my wife’s order, I ordered for her and we got a chicken sub and this younger guy was making a meatball sub for an online ordered sandwich in the middle of me ordering. When I got to checkout I figured they put the online order on the counter behind them or something but I guess they instead they it in my bag and whoever had the online order got my chicken sandwich. HOW HARD IS IT TO SEPARATE ONLINE ORDERS FROM IN STORE ORDERS??? How do you mess that up?? Then on top of that they were EXTREMELY SLOW. I called and got figure, there was no manager. (I can tell). When we went back and got our sand which remade they took the meatball sub back (that’s a health code violation and cross contamination). I used to work in fast food so I would know. 0/10. Very unprofessional and very rude employees. No discount, no refund no anything.

Placed my order in the drive through just fine but the kid at the window felt rude, then I got my food and went to a park to eat and they folded my sandwich sideways. Makes it very hard to eat and very messy, would recommend just spending your money somewhere else. Bread was like a tortilla chip as well.

If a Subway doesn’t have a good bread and it’s all crumbly and feel like a week old, then what’s the point? The bread is the main thing in a sub smh!

Very little meat on the sub. So little that I had to ask to add a bit more but guess what? The guy took two chicken pieces from the left side of the sub and replaced it on the right side of the sub, haha! that part did make me laugh tho instead of getting angry. That guy made me feel like chicken is a luxury no less than caviar.

Dont know what the deal is with the tall man working at this place, but he is extremely rude to his fellow employees even with customers in the store.

I placed an order online for 2 footlongs and a 6 inch. Only 1 footlong was to be toasted. When we got home, the sandwhich that was suppossed to be toasted was not and the other two were. Also, the 6 inch was made as a footlong. The rude employee made all of our sandwhiches.

Maybe instead of being a jerk to your fellow employees, focus on making the order correctly.
