I stopped by Subway for a quick bite, and it really hit the spot! The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff were super friendly and patient while I decided on my sandwich. Everything tasted fresh — the veggies were crisp, the bread was soft and warm, and they didn’t skimp on the toppings. I appreciated how they made sure everything was done just the way I liked it.
Overall, it was a great experience for a fast, healthy meal. Definitely one of the better Subway locations I’ve been to! Javen was a big help!

had an awesome experience at Subway today thanks to Kim! She greeted me with a big smile, took her time making sure my order was exactly right, and made the whole visit super smooth. You can tell she cares about great service and takes pride in what she does. My sandwich was fresh, made perfectly, and she even gave a couple helpful suggestions that made it even better.

This is the best Subway I have been at since I came back from California. I loved how attentive all of the employees were, last experience was in Rogers and it was not pleasant at all, the person who helped me almost made me walk out, but here at this one 2610 se 14th st, everyone made me feel welcomed Javen was the person who helped me and I’m going to say, he was definitely awesome! Got here 11 and their open sign is still on till we left the parking lot. I finished up this review at their parking lot. The male colored worker is in glasses is awfully rude.
He asked us to leave his premises said” we closed” in a very temperamental toner. I was checking my phone and his hands were dancing all around his body and acted like we were rubbers or have flu or something.
I told him don’t need to be agriveted and we are leaving and he started cursing. What a man he is. Just because we are Asian means not respected? Never come to subway again.
Ridiculously he called a police saying I was intoxicated. Police stopped us at the Taco Bell and warned us “not to come to the subway. They didn’t want us to trespass”.
So subway is gone from my stop list nice. You can’t trust a person who lies.

I ordered curbside. Parked in a spot marked curbside. Tapped I’m here 3 different times. After waiting 20mins, I had to go inside where an employee told me “we don’t really do curbside.” So why wasn’t that communicated on the webpage, and why is there signage outside? Now I can’t eat my food because my break is over. And once I did eat it, the sandwich did not taste right, it had a weird aftertaste that’s not normally there and made my stomach hurt. The employee was rude. Avoid this place.

I ordered online and pickup said 11:55am. I came in at 12:10pm and it wasn’t ready. I asked an employee and he said it wasn’t ready then proceeded to help 15 other people in line. I eventually waited in the line and asked the employee to make the order I made an hour ago. I didn’t get my food until 12:40pm so waited an hour for my food. What’s the point of online ordering??
