Ordered the pizza and they said it would be an hour and come two hours later still no pizza and their response was it’s on the way. Worst service ever. Don’t order if you are hungry you will die of hunger before the pizza arrives.

Update: pizza finally arrived and it was quite possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. We ordered a medium pepperoni and it literally was a small pizza. They say there is a small, medium and large for sizes but the medium is the smallest pizza don’t know how you could get any smaller.

The pizza crust was the thinnest cardboard I’ve ever had. The cheese bread was better than the pizza. When we asked the driver what took so long he goes ugh I don’t know, not my fault not their fault.

Literally order any other pizza. And if this “small business” can’t handle the basics of making pizza then they should just close up shop.

This is suppose to be fried butterfly shrimps(see picture below). I received popcorn shrimp that were heavily breaded, undercooked, and prepared in air fryer. When I spoke to Daniella who is supposedly a manager, she had the nastiest attitude and said they are trying something new and I’m the only one complaining ( ma’am I’m not your guinea pig). She then said they just had an inspection and the food inspectors told them to prepare the shrimps that way in the air fryer. Then she told another lie about they would refund me my money. When I called back a few days later, she told me to stop calling and to take it up with my bank because they’re not going to refund me. I wouldn’t suggest supporting this business because of poor customer service, horrible food, and long wait

Extremely unprofessional!! The food is disgusting. Please don’t order from this place. The pizza was super small and thin! (Cracker) It tasted stale! They forgot half of our order and blamed it on me. Charged me over $5 to use my card plus delivery fee and taxes totaling $80 for a large pep, med pep and 20 piece wing! Never have I payed that much! I am so disappointed!!

This place is honestly a joke. I came here because my kids wanted pizza, and I seriously regret it. The floor was sticky and the tables were dirty — I had to clean them myself. When I asked the guy behind the counter if someone could wipe it down, he just shrugged and went back to looking at his phone.

We waited about 40 minutes for one pizza, and when it finally came out it was cold in the middle and burnt around the edges. How does that even happen? The sauce tasted like old ketchup, and the cheese wasn’t even melted properly. My daughter said it smelled weird, and she wasn’t wrong.

When I told them the pizza was terrible, they didn’t even apologize — they just rolled their eyes at me. I paid $30 for a pizza that was worse than a gas station slice. Do not waste your money here — you’re better off making your own at home or just going hungry. Worst pizza shop in town, hands down.

This place make me cry. Pizza look like old carpet and taste like wet box. I tell them no onion they put onion mountain on top!! Wait 40 minute for cold pizza and they laugh when I complain. Staff look angry like they hate pizza and people. Floor smell funny and bathroom no lock, some guy walk in when I pee. Never bring family here, only rat enjoy this food. Very bad, very sad, big mistake!!!!

We were in Tampa for just one night for the Christmas boat show and was very hungry by the time we got to the Embassy Suite hotel. Coincidentally, there was a flyer in the room and we ordered from this establishment. The guy who took the order was cordial. He said 50-55 minutes due to the time we ordered which was acceptable. the hour came and the pizza did not arrive yet. I called and spoke to the person and said that the driver had l already left. 5 minutes later the guy knocks and delivers a VERY COLD pizza and he had a strong odor of cannabis. The pizza box was crushed and when we opened the pizza, it is as if the pizza sat for 30 minutes in the car already. This is not acceptable as we paid $28 for small pizza and a very soft, mushy tiramisu. We did not eat the food unfortunately. I wouldn’t trust anyone who presented the way the driver did to eat any food that they delivered. Real shame and the establishment accepts no accountability for their drivers. I would not recommend this place. I should have checked the ratings first before ordering.

I go here for pizza and was big dissapoint. Pizza cold like fridge and cheese taste like rubber shoe. I aks for extra sauce they give me none sauce at all?? Worker rude too me and say “no refund, no care.” Table dirty and floor sticky like old soda. Never come back again. My dog eat better pizza in trash. Dont waste money here, go anywheres else better then this dump.

We are visiting Tampa and decided to order from this pizzeria…what a WRONG decision. I ordered almost 80+ dollars of food and it was a total waste. My large pizza looked like a medium, I ordered a 2 liter soda and they sent me 4 cans and I have a family of 5. I ordered a Caesar Salad and they brought no dressing. No plates, napkins or straws were sent. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering from this place.

Edited after owners response: I was patient and kind on the phone and didn’t deserve that disrespect. It’s unreasonable to expect someone to wait until god only knows when for their food, not knowing if it’ll even be edible since it was over an hour past my ordering time with NO TIME ESTIMATE available for when it WILL arrive. Blame your employees, not the customers that are trying to keep your newly opened business thriving by spending our hard earned money with you, over the countless other options in the area.

The shitty attitude on the phone is unnecessary and unappreciated. An hour after I ordered I was told the delivery driver was about to leave the store but they couldn’t tell me when he would arrive with my order. I was never given a time estimate originally because I was rushed off the phone. Then the lady wanted to get nasty with me and give attitude saying she told me it would be at least an hour from the time I ordered, then she said it would be an hour and 15. Theres no consistency and when I told her I’d like to cancel my order since there was no ETA, she got nasty again saying that she has no GPS for her drivers and she would have to call him to see where he is.

But you literally just said he was about to leave the store? Waste of time and now at midnight, we’re having to find other dinner plans after our concert, or just not eat when we had already had things handled, so we thought.

The reviews say the pizza is great, if you ever get it I’m sure it’s probably as good as the customer service.

HORRIFIC pizza. Unfortunately, my sister ordered pizza to our hotel room from here after a late night concert. Estimated delivery time was 45 minutes, which turned into an hour and a half. That’s totally fine, I get it. Lots of orders on a Friday night plus the concert added to traffic. But! The delivery person was not overly pleasant and the pizza was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Ingredient list must be rubber, cardboard, and grease. I am usually sympathetic towards fast food and delivery services, but this company is ridiculous and should really reconsider their service. Slow delivery, terrible food, AND overpriced!? Pick a struggle. I’ve warned my sister of blind-ordering off of hotel fliers in the future.
