I ordered food to be delivered, When it arrived by doordash the driver was carrying my food sideways and handed me boxes that were open. When i said something to him he motioned that he was on the phone and walked away without responding, he then sat in my driveway on the phone for nearly 15 minutes. I contacted pizza hut and they said store i ordered from would contact me within 3 days. That has been 10 days ago. The only response I got was an offer for 3 pizzas which is not even close to what i ordered and then told that they closed my case because they “offered to fix it”

Placed an order for delivery, said est delivery time was 902 to 912. Its now 955 and still no food. Kids hungry and needs to go to bed. Called the store 30 mins ago and asked about it. They stated they cannot provide an estimate of when it will be here. Always have problems with this location. 10/10 do not recommend. Papa John’s is better or just get a frozen pizza and spare your self the trouble.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, just terrible. They made my pizza incorrectly and blamed it on the Pizza Hut App. Remade it and my Pizza was all over the place. The boneless where super dry. I order a 8 piece woth Burning Buffalo. The lady said it’s because the wings absorbed the sauce.. Um… Ma’am that was not the case. I get the reorder for the wings and the same thing. She gives me 3 containers of the sauce. In my mind I’m thinking why not just put the sauce on the wings. The container where not closed. Sauce is all in the bag. They started counting their money in the drawer at the from instead of going to the back. Terrible…

They had a new guy working, he messed up the order; however, the manager caught it before we got there and made new pizzas which were almost ready when we got there. The manager and the new guy were both very apologetic. Pizza was ready in just a few minutes and was delicious as always. The staff at this location is always great. This is not the closest Pizza Hut to my home; however, since the staff is always so amazing we choose to order from them and pick it up versus going to the Winder Pizza Hut.

This Pizza Hut literally went above and beyond with my order. I’m a huge pepperoni lover and asked for extra pep. I was not disappointed in the least! We frequent this Pizza Hut and they always have friendly service and do anything to make everything right!
