Hi,
I want to share some honest feedback because this has always been one of my favorite places to stop for lunch or dinner—especially through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, over the past six months, this location has gone noticeably downhill, and after tonight, it may be my last time visiting this store.

The drive-thru team appears to only take one order at a time, even with the line wrapped around the building. By the time I placed my order and got to the window, my food had already been sitting out for a while. I live only 3–5 minutes away, but when I got home, my food was cold. My fries didn’t even taste fully cooked, my sauces were missing, and my drink was incorrect.

What made the experience worse was the attitude at the window—the person helping me seemed completely uninterested and made no effort to check the order or ensure anything was correct.

If I had realized the sauces were missing before pulling off, I would have said something, but the line was backed up and it simply wasn’t worth going inside or waiting even longer. I just used ranch I had at home.

It only takes a few seconds to listen, double-check an order, and make sure the customer is taken care of. I truly hope this feedback helps improve the service because this used to be a great location.

A manager named Toya that works here. Got real nasty with me and my wife called and she also got nasty with her. She refused to give a first and last name. She told use just tell customer service Toya. They know me I’m the only Toya that works here. Management here is also lying giving out fake names we talk to a Tyler then turned around and mentioned a Brandon. We came to this store a 2 x last night the first time they gave us cold food brown fries no Cole slaw for extra fries on all plates. We paid for chicken and fries that we didn’t get. We called the store went back with the food they threw it away and waited in the parking lot on the food and still got the wrong food. We talked to a Tyler again and he said just come back tomorrow and I will take care of it. So that’s when I meet a Toya today in drive through and she told me we can’t make food over 1 time when the kitchen is handing out the wrong food 2 times. Then getting smart raising her voice when I asked for the store number. WHAT YOU NEED THAT FOR YOU ONLY GOING TO TALK TO ME. I said the store location number. Just scan the code on the window and leave a survey. I said ma’am I tried it but it’s giving a error message. Oh well I don’t know what to tell you then but we ain’t finna make no more food.

Absolutely love their food, French fries were disappointing as they were kinda warm and soggy and they didn’t have any buns that weren’t frozen and still charged me full price so I’m a little disappointed.
I came by today and the person who took my order paid attention to detail and made my food exactly how I asked thank you.

I eat here often bc it’s right across the street from my job but this location really aggravates me. The orders are never correct, they always forget your sauce, fries are never seasoned or they taste old. My recent order took 30 mins for 3 tenders and fries even though I ordered online. I often expect to be disappointed when I visit here and after reading some of the other reviews, nasty fries and slow service seems to be the new standard.

I waited at the window for about 15-20min. It was rediculously unprofessional. Never seen anything like it. They were talking. I blew my horn about 5 x cuz I had to get to work and no one came to the window. It was crazy. They gave me my food so messy. The coleslaw was in all over my food. I had no spoon or fork to eat my coleslaw with. They just stood around talking. Someone was in the back suppose to be fixing the food. He had no gloves on and was playing in his hair. The whole crew needs too be fired and if there was a supervisor on duty they should be fired too cuz no way they should allow this kind of behavior. So sad. If I coupd post a picture I would.

Say man, I ordered from your location using Uber eats on Tuesday May 13th @10:13pm. I would’ve never ordered from here if I knew you guys weren’t going to honor the promotions set on y’all’s page. I ordered the buy 1 get 1 five piece tender with a side of fries, only to get 1 five piece and very soggy fries. There was no tampering with the bag so I know the driver didn’t eat it, it just simply wasn’t in the bag. When you get your employees to make sure the FULL order is correct before sending it out then maybe I’ll think about spending money with you again.
