Placed an online app order for 3 pizzas 2 of which I requested extra sauce. I always do this at dominos because their pizza is always ridiculously dry.Added the 3rd pizza and somehow extra sauce was removed. Called in with a simple remake request and was told by the manager Tyriq would you like for us to remake or credit you? I said I just want them remade, wasn’t asking for free food. After offering remake he then replied that it didn’t say extra sauce in their system “You want me to remake them for a mistake that you made”? Although I acknowledge after checking my email that extra sauce wasn’t listed it made zero sense for him to offer a remake and then say something like you want me to remake for something that was your fault. Not, may have been an app or system issue not hey no problem we’ll take care of you. Bottom line if they would put adequate sauce on them to begin with a person wouldn’t have to request extra! Second point, says right on the box our guarantee if you’re not completely satisfied with your dominos experience we will make it right ! If I would’ve just called and said hey my pizza didn’t have enough sauce can you remake it? Either way a kid doesn’t who doesn’t understand customer service shouldn’t be answering the phone or faking customer relations. Will never visit this location again after it being my go to.

Well today is a sad day for me because I love Domino’s alfredo chicken pasta well my mother called in today to have an order replaced and I was standing there when she called she told the person on the phone that it was supposed to have been thin and crispy and absolutely no mushrooms because she’s allergic to mushrooms, I just called back because I went and picked it up and spoke with the general manager who then told me that my mother did not say any of that which she did cuz I was standing right next to her but even if she didn’t it was supposed to be put in the profile when we called 2 weeks ago to get the order replaced because it was screwed up then. We were told that it would be put in her profile that she is allergic to mushrooms and not only that we have never once ordered anything other than thin and crispy that should be in the profile as well, unfortunately since the general manager wanted to argue Domino’s will no longer get our money thank you for nothing Domino’s you guys suck . Domino’s is in my menu at least once if not twice a week and because you guys don’t want to listen I now have to choose Papa John’s or somewhere else boo boo boo start listening to your customers quit being in such a hurry just because it’s Rush pay attention and you won’t have to replace your orders, and Miss general manager since you wanted to argue you guys are going to lose our business for good thank you sorry not sorry you guys suck. (Add On Update 3/2/26) Got dominos today and it seems they get more and more stingy with the food , I got the chicken Alfredo pasta today and it was so dry and the noodles were hard . I’m truly starting to think that I’m really close to being done with them !!

Last night (Sept 15, 2025 around 10:30 PM) I had one of the worst customer experiences of my life at this Domino’s.
I paid with a $100 bill. The cashier insisted it was a ten. Only after I pressed the issue did the “missing” hundred-dollar bill suddenly reappear from the back. When I confronted the mishandling of my money, the cashier refused to give me the food my fiancée and I had already ordered and paid for.
Police were called. They confirmed the store could deny service, but this situation raises serious concerns of attempted theft and retaliation.
We left with nothing late at night in Charleston, when most food options were closed. This is unacceptable behavior from any business, especially from a national brand like Domino’s.

OMG I ORDERED A HAND TOSSED PIZZA AND IT WAS LIKE EATING CRACKERS PLAIN. THEN I COMPLAINED BECAUSE IT WAS NO TOPPINGS AND TASTED LIKE PLAIN CRACKERS. THEY OFFER TO REPLACE IT WITH A PIZZA THAT HAD DOUGH, SAUCE, CHEESE AND PEPPERONI, HOWEVER, WHEN I RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT PIZZA. IT WAS NOTHING BUT DOUGH AND PEPPERONI. I don’t know what’s happened to this place lately. It used to be my favorite location, however, the last two times I’ve ordered my pizzas have been burned. This is extremely disappointing and pushing me towards picking another location.

I am ashamed to say that we’ve ordered Dominos from this location at least twice a week for the past 4-5 years until today. I ordered online as usual only thos time when I got to the check out the coupon price was coming up wrong for 2 items. I called the store and asked for corporate number and was told she didn’t know it. So I explained to her my issue and asked to speak with management. She said she was the manager and very rudely said there is nothing I can do about it. I asked for the district managers name and number and she rudely said there’s nothing she can do for you either. I told her that she should know the number to corporate in case a customer needs it since there’s nothing you can do for me and she chuckled and hung up on me and answered the phone to me again where she put me on hold and left me. She was so rude and disrespectful. I order and tip very well even though I pick it up. Nasty little girl should not work in customer service. I’ll give my money to one of the other 10 pizza joints around town.

I’ve ordered here maybe 10 times, and I’ve only had my order correct or in acceptable condition somewhere around 3 times. I’ve stopped ordering from here after the pictured pizza was delivered to me. But hey, they got the toppings right this time.
