I wish I checked reviews before getting something here. Please dont go to this place, avoid. Place is so dirty fly will eat your food faster than you. Food was so bad. Chicken was dry, I had to throw it away. Instead of mashing real potatoes they use potato powder to make mashed potatoes, what a shame. Combo costed 2$ more so I ordered that only to find out that combo means that chicken will come with little cup of mashed potatoes, no drinks included in combo. That little cup of potato powder with water IS NOT worth 2$ extra. I am left HUNGRY!!!

Ordered a 3 piece combo. Got a wing, a thigh, and an unidentified other piece of meat. I have no idea where it came from on the bird but I pulled off the breading and there was no meat, just weird bone and gristle? I attached a photo if anyone wants to take a guess. The thigh was mostly breading and the meat was so dried out it was like jerky. So anyway, just under 10.00 for almost zero chicken, a biscuit, and some watery mashed potato paste.

I had worked in fast food and i know how to treat customers at least make a solution tha i see fair. 2 mini chicken fingers and 1 fair medium unit. Not fair no one will pay full price for it. I buy food to get full or at least satisfy. No to get angry and sad . Anyway i cancel the order and pray God to calm my self .

I went here because I REALLY wanted some fried chicken. It was busy but most were at Arbys. It was like they were trying to close Chester’s down as there were only a few tenders and potato wedges in the bins looking old and haggard. They were starting to deep fry, well, everything anew. I would have had to wait for bone-in chicken (15 minutes) so I settled for a 2 piece tender combo. I got the last 3 potato wedges as they had no other side dishes prepared and 2 tenders. They all were old, rubbery, and cold as they obviously had been sitting there awhile. Worst meal of my cross country trip and I couldn’t even finish it. Lo and behold I see the gentleman who waited on me at the counter leaving and getting in his car with 2 boxes of chicken and multiple sides. I bet his weren’t the tripe they served me. Come on Chester’s! You could have had a WAY better review if you just had some sort of pride in your product and your name.

I ordered a large order of gizzards and was told to wait thirty minutes. Meanwhile the fryers were empty. Every customer during my wait was told the same. Their excuse “we have other things to fry before the gizzards.” One worker went out to smoke and another on the phone. My thirty minute break will be done soon and not even one attempt to drop one pound of gizzards into the available fryer. Thirty minutes passed and nothing. No sense of “customer service” whatsoever
