I am very upset with the service from this location. I ordered crazy bread yesterday and it was rock hard. Not even edible. You guys gave me a credit for a new bread so on my way home today I stopped for a bread with extra cheese. I get home and again it’s cold bread with no cheese. I call back hoping for this to be fixed. I said it’s a snowstorm out I can’t drive back. And he says well “well we can’t credit you the bread I can only credit you the cheese. You can come back and get a new one but I won’t credit it” absolutely ridiculous that you rather lose a customer and get a bad review then credit a $4 bag of bread. Happy new year!

What is the point of ordering online, if you’re going to prioritize walk-ins? We ordered 5 hours ago because we knew it would be busy. When we came in to pick up our order at the expected time, we were told that they prioritized the 50 walk in orders ahead of ours. We asked for a manager. He placed us up in the queue, but we still had to wait 20 minutes. That is an inefficient system that leads to disappointed customers. I will probably not order from there again because of it. As a business owner, one of your primary keys to success is managing expectations. You really need to improve this process to be competitive if you want to be a successful location.

They messed up my order 2 times
I ordered both times in person
after The second time the manager got involved.
I ordered slices and sticks pizza With bacon Instead of pepperoni and Jalapeno on the bread sticks. So I paid for the up charge.
the manager told me they could not do this order because it’s 2 custom things on one order. Obviously, it’s only one custom thing, putting bacon instead of pepperoni on the pizza. Which obviously is too hard because they messed it up twice with management help. Wasted 40 mins there.
Management needs better common sense. Too many young people working there. That don’t have common sense. I understand about messing up once but taking control and still messing up twice is a problem.

All jokes aside, this is easily the best and most consistent Little Caesars, ever. I’ve had interactions with management and they’ve been very nice, they’ve given my kids cookies before which I didn’t even know they had. Even my neighbors who frequent this store have all expressed the same sentiment… That we’re all blessed to live so close to the best Little Caesars.
