Not happy with this facility called The Little Bar at Kelly Lake and Walker’s Kraken Shack. Whichever name they prefer to use. We called nonstop at 7:30 pm to place a To Go order to the telephone number they specify on their Menu. For your information, this is the only number they make available, so why specify on their menu? Who knows. Maybe in an attempt to make their facility seem larger, and not the one bedroom apartment it is. Sorry, but the truth hurts. Hmm. Could only mean they rely on liquored customers. With that said, they would not answer their phone, and would continually disconnect or rather hang up. Rude! After both my friend called on his phone, and I on mine, we decided they must be waiting to say there kitchen is closed? Of course. They did this one year ago, but my question remains, why not answer the phone and tell your potential patrons this? Not a proper way to do business, and I hope they depend only on summer crowds that drop in, and not the people who live at Kelly Lake for more than 30+ years. Shame on you! Kelly Lake has always been a great home to all. You, do not know what this means, and businesses like yours will ultimately fail, and rightfully so. Thank goodness for Romys Holiday Inn ar Kelly Lake. They have withstood the test of time, and are a class act top of the line restaurant and bar with great Tenderloin Steak! Thank you Romy. We forgot you were here, and you will always be our number one.
