Worst experience. I frequent a lot of Subways. We are from out of town, Son had a game at Aiken High School. I go in and order my usual protein wrap and they do not allow changes on the wrap they put what’s in the picture on the wrap and that’s it. Doesn’t matter if you don’t like a certain thing or allergic to something. Only subway I have ever seen not allow changes to any item on their sandwich. Why?!? It’s literally in your name…Subway (which means the customers way). I can say I will never go to this Subway again.

I visited your establishment today and, unfortunately, was not greeted upon arrival. I understand that you were assisting another customer, but a simple acknowledgment—such as “Good day, I’ll be right with you”—would have made a difference. Another customer entered after me, and neither of us received a greeting.
I also placed a mobile order but did not see my food in the pickup area. Since you and your associate were deeply engaged with another customer, I waited patiently rather than interrupting. When I was finally acknowledged as the next person in line and mentioned my mobile order, there was no apology for the wait or any reassurance.
As someone with customer service experience, I believe small gestures of acknowledgment go a long way in improving the overall experience. I hope this feedback helps enhance future interactions.

We dined in and had the best experience. The staff was friendly and the food was fresh and made to perfection. They were even patient with my little ordering her own food. Very clean and less than 30 for my family of 3 to eat and we are stuffed. Don’t let the empty parking lot fool you, this place is a hidden gem. We will absolutely be back.

I had a great experience. The guys were very professional and patient even though I ordered 4/5 subs . They were all made in a. Timely manner and too my liking . He allowed my Autistic son to order his sub as well communicated with him while making his sub to his liking . He made my son feel welcomed and he was very friendly with him . Great job guys

Went to this location again…. worst experience ever!!!! Paid for 2 sandwiches, 1 chip,2 drinks. Go to get drinks… got 1 filled… went to get iced tea ( I dont drink soda) empty… so I return my cup. They refused to give a refund. Flat out refused. You sir just lost 2 good customers. Steal our money… not a smart move.we’ll be calling corporate.
Our third visit…. one of the best experiences we’ve had since coming here!! Yes the food is the same. But this time, TINA helped us. He was courteous, smiley, joking around… made it a very pleasant experience!! You saved us as customers TINA!! WE could find sandwiches anywhere, but this made us want to return here!

Bread was so OLD. didn’t even ask for it crusty. I paid the extra $1 ,70 for sliced avocado. That I didn’t get. Barely any meat or toppings. I won’t be back unfortunately..I really liked this place before
