On Thursday, June 26th I went in to grab myself a coffee, I was in a great mood just ready to get myself the drink I’ve been craving when I came face to face with a very impolite, rude, probably the worst attitude I’ve come across within the year of 2025 worker named Docksha. Terrible customer service, gave me unnecessary attitude! Plus the coffee tasted old and gross!Places like these need to get rid of people like this, ruining business!Not going back.

Amazing dunkin. It’s on my way to school so I always just stop by and get a coffee or tea. And the order is right every time. Couldn’t be more pleased. The line is so fast too. I could show up with 4 other cars in the drive thru and within less than 2 minutes we’d all be out with our orders. I genuinely don’t understand how they do it so well.

I visited the DD for a brewed hot coffee. While in a short line in the store, I looked at my DD app. There was an available offer for a medium iced coffee. I showed the cashier the promo on my Dunkin Donuts app and then I was going to pay through the app. She rang it up scan my phone and charged me $2.79 instead of the $1.
I asked her for the receipt since my app doesn’t show me how much they charge me for my beverage instantly. You have to wait 24 hours for it to show up in your app.
I then asked her why I wasn’t charged the $1 and she had no idea why and did not offer to give me another beverage or give me my money back. I pulled up the promotion on my phone and showed it to her again it wasn’t expired it was completely available and she had no idea or did she care to figure out how to make me satisfied. I will never ever use the Dunkin Donuts app again at this location.

The Orefield and Schnecksville locations are the worst Dunkin locations on the planet. We honestly don’t know how they stay in business. They are incapable of adding enough flavoring to their coffee. Their decaf coffee is always cold. Ordering a bacon egg and cheese sandwich is comical. Consider yourself lucky if you get a half strip of bacon. Constantly out of any bagel varieties. Rude, unhappy and unapologetic employees add to a wonderful experience you need to avoid at all costs.

I would not have done this but my receipt shows what I ordered. They screwed up my order this morning. I called and calmly explained my order was incorrect. I was then challenged by the man who answered and told if my order was wrong I would have to drive all the way back there to exchange my food. I told him this was not my mistake and spend over $50 almost every weekend there. I asked him if I could have my name added to a list so they could correct my order next time. I even offered to hold on to the reciept. I was told again I need to bring the wrong food back. It disgusts me to think about the greed of people when they make an error. So i will no longer go back there anymore. If you are not willing to correct your errors and make something right then I will let everyone know what how you treat your loyal customers. 2 thumbs down!
