This is the second time I come here and the workers have no idea what they’re doing. Last night I went through the drive through ordering one of the new lattes and the worker said she added caramel and chocolate and cold foam… (the drink has the caramel chocolate syrup not caramel and chocolate separate and no cold foam) she admitted to me she did not do her trainings that she never watches the videos. I didn’t even want my latte anymore but I paid $5 for it… and this is the second time a worker has told me they don’t know how to make a drink

Very rude staff. Barely acknowledged my existence through eye contact, and never even said a single word to me the whole time! No one approached me to take my order, despite calling out several times. Went to the Wendy’s next door where people were much more friendlier.

Great Dunkin’ location. The staff is very efficient at keeping the drive through flowing in the morning.
It has been a while since I went here, but I went through the drive thru again this morning and just like last time; The drive thru moved along quickly and efficiently & as per the usual, I found the staff here to be friendly and cordial.
It started when I pulled in the drive thru and one of the workers was outside and on break and was quick to give me a big, smiling hello.
My mom was on the phone (hands free) when I went through and commented to me on how nice everyone seemed.
I ordered a medium, hot coffee, black. Drinking a coffee black, I always know quickly if it is burnt.
Bonus: I have a gift card I have had since Christmas, and I finally remembered I had it and using it was easy.
My coffee was good and I was happy I stopped here…

Had my coffee made over twice and it still tasted awful. The cold brew was way too strong and bitter, then I’m pretty sure he never put caramel flavor in the second time. The third time I just took the coffee because I did not want to be a bother. Very dissatisfied! Extremely disappointed.

I love Dunkin, but my experience with this one is less than stellar. The girl at the window didn’t say anything when she handed me my things but then she forgot something I bought which is fine! But when I waited for it she came back to the window and very rudely said “what are you waiting on”. I understand working fast food can suck but why be rude for no reason

In the past two times I’ve gone to this dunkin, ordering by app, I’ve left twice with no order. Twice they just never came to the window. This really must be one of the worst Dunkin’s. Go to a different location and don’t waste your time.
