Adding another vegan gem to my Florida vegan food list! I navigated to the address listed, only to find a dark, empty building and parking lot. Since I had already placed an order online, I decided to call the number provided. The owner, Chef Yudah, answered right away and promptly sent me his current location. I found the food truck just east of the original site, off Pembroke Road in Hallandale—east of I-95.
After tasting the food, I can confidently say it’s absolutely delicious and definitely worth a return visit to try more from the menu. I often remind people that being vegan doesn’t mean I’m just eating twigs and berries. Plant Minage is a perfect example of how flavorful and satisfying vegan food can be—it’ll leave you wanting more.
I ordered the Oyster Mushroom Wings and the Lion’s Mane Nuggets… and they did not disappoint! I also got the Hemplade Passion Fruit tea and after just one sip the tickle in my throat was gone. I did have to add a little agave to it when I got home, but in the words of Tabitha Brown: “that’s my business” .

Bought here for the first time. Food was amazing customer service was excellent. Had the wings and fries for my little one and he’s picky but he told me it was good lol. I had the spicy sandwich with fries cause unfortunately was sold out for the day for the soul food I wanted to try but would come back to try other things onp the menu. I Would highly recommend. Sorry no pics was too hungry lol.

The plate speaks for itself it was so good i couldn’t even get a pic of it . First time eating here & tried the bbq mushroom wings with fries & let me just say it’s the best thing I’ve ever had !! It taste just like chicken , it’s soooo well seasoned & crunchy all at the same time . The owner also had great customer service & amazing vibes !! 10/10 I’ll be coming back
