The man in the morning at the first window is the most condescending person of my day. He goes out of his way to correct whatever you say. EVERY SINGLE DAY. If you call it an online order he will correct you to say “of you mean mobile”. If the next day you say mobile he will correct you to the opposite. I have never had a person go out of their way to talk like this to people. This irritates me so much so that I try to drive to Falmouth when I have time. I can Yell my 2 digit order number clear as day and he is guaranteed to cut me off or correct me?!?!?! He’s a middle aged white man and there is no language barrier. He’s the only person throughout my day that feels the need to correct me. If he was one of my employees this behavior I would terminate him. His only job is hospitality to take my order and take my money. Instead he makes me feel hostile and annoyed to start my morning. I do not experience this at another food place even with multilingual speakers.

Came here today and ordered 2 simple things. 4 peace McNugget and an order of warmed cookies. Although you can’t tell from the picture, the 2 cookies where NOT warmed even though i definitely asked specifically for them to be warmed. And when I opened my 4 piece McNugget I was beyond horrified to fine not 4, but 3 chicken nuggets. And no I did not eat one of them. McDonald’s doesn’t even sell a 3 piece McNugget.. the box says 4!!!!!

UPDATE Mar 2004: Fully remodeled and amazing looking! They bring food to your table now, and have self service platforms for you to enter your own order. No more PlayPlace, but it’s a cool new, much more modern design.

It’s annoying that nearly every time I place an order here, it’s wrong in the end. On the upside, they do a pretty good job keeping the place clean and presentable. They have a Playplace at this location that is pretty enjoyable for my kids (4 and 9). The staff seems to be pretty good about taking ownership of their mistakes when an issue has been brought to their attention. Out of the three locations within four miles of each other, this is still my preference due to the Playplace and proximity to other interests.
As a side note: If you’re turning left into their driveway from Forest Ave., you may become witness to major road-rage. During busy traffic hours the people turning left onto Forest Ave. from Allen Ave. will be stopped in the middle of the intersection for the entire duration of the left green arrow into McDonald’s. This often times will trigger agitated drivers to inflict upon others: vehicle collisions, screamed vulgarity, obscene gestures, excessive horn usage, uncomfortable stares, and I have even witnessed persons exiting their vehicle to tell at and intimidate other drivers. Most people wait u til the traffic clears and run the red light in-between signals. Between 3:30pm and 5:30pm you should just come in another direction. It’s impossible to obey the laws and get a hamburger between those hours if you’re taking a left into McDonald’s.

Color me surprised, they gave me someone else’s order, found it typical at the drive through here, about the 3rd time its happened but I figured a big Mack and a order of fries come to about the same price as 3 regular cheese burgers, at least it was hot and good

The food quality at this location was average to slightly above average for McDonald’s fare, the staff were average for McDonald’s, neither super nice nor super rude, BUT they charge 50 cents for a glass of water!! Water, being an absolute necessity for human survival, and not terribly expensive for the company to provide, should be given out free of charge! Especially for paying customers…. but also for anyone thirsty enough to ask for it. There’s no reason to be charging people for a cup of water. The more places that get away with doing this, the more common it’s going to become, so I will probably not return to this McDonald’s, as a statement against charging money for water, a necessity, during a heat wave. Sometimes all you can do against a corporation is to vote with your feet, and take your $5 elsewhere.

I rarely rate a McDonald’s, but this one is outstanding. I’m not local to it, just stopped in while traveling, but it was high quality on the day (Sunday August 10th 0800) and fast! coffee, perfect!

Can’t believe how much it’s all gone up. I used to be able to get a drink, fries & a burger for under $5 but now a days that’s closer to $10-15. It was nice only having a couple bucks in your pocket and being able to get something to eat can’t do that anymore.

Came to this location at 10:15pm to be told we couldn’t get a McFlurry or sundae and they couldn’t give us a reason why. Seems like every time we come late at night we are unable to get ice cream. Its unacceptable. I can only assume it’s because they don’t want to clean the machine.
