Came through the drive thru on Sunday only to be met with extreme disrespect from Jen the older woman working wearing a mask. I don’t usually come here so obviously I had some questions about things on the menu and she kept rushing me to order when there was nobody behind me in the line. I am also hard of hearing so sometimes I need to hear things twice to understand. When I got to the window I had my form of payment ready and rather than helping me at the window she was scrolling on her phone while my drink sat there melting. While I understand that yes other people may also be waiting for their order and it could have taken some time to make my order this was not the case. I was the only person in the drive thru and I only order one drink, so I do not understand what could have been so important on her phone that I could not receive my drink before the ice watered it down. Also, when handing me my drink she refused to stick her hand out past the window even after I asked and it was extremely hard to grab it with my hand tremors. Please Starbucks educate your employees on accommodating to disabilities because in 2026 I think it is honestly unacceptable to treat someone like they are not a person. While I was very disappointed in the customer service of this location, the young man who made my drink really did a great job. It tasted great even after sitting and melting which I will admit. If you’re looking for a good coffee definitely come to Starbucks, but unless there is some serious changes in the customer service aspect, I’d skip this location.

I recently became a Starbucks girl and I’m glad to start my day being greeted by Lisa and manager Drew. Drew makes sure that even on the mornings it is so busy he takes the time to make me feel special. It’s a great way to start the day. I know Drew works really hard to run a great shop!

Went through drive through at Starbucks in Aberdeen, NJ. Service was exceptional. Apparently Starbucks no longer makes brewed coffee in decaf so a decaf Americano Expresso was offered. It was super bitter and the barrister went out of her way to make it right. Appreciate the customer service which is often lacking these days.

This Starbucks is newly opened September 2017. It is beautiful inside. Some different seating inside and the have coffee on tap. Great atmosphere, however, WiFi has been shaky both times I have been there. And the baristas need a little more experience. But definitely visit. And I’ll update my review over the next month.

I didn’t have any problems with the surface or the atmosphere however the drinks did not come out as I had set them. This is about the fifth time that this has happened in a row. A simple pink drink with no inclusions and for some reason, they are still being put in. It even says it on the ticket when the drink comes out. It’s a simple request so I don’t understand the issue.

I don’t like the fact that I was waiting 15 minutes or so for a coffee. The priority of the people ordering ahead needs to stop. How is possible they prepare an order for them first than the people that took the time to go there and order there. Doesn’t make sense. plPlus when I ask for my order the odie with glasses was so freaking rude. Starbucks invest in Customer Service and Strategies to serve better the people that takes the time to go and order in person. So annoying!
