We were passing through for the night and needed some dinner. There they were!
We walked over (VERY convenient from many nearby hotels) and were seated right away.
Our server was Brigett. She was soooo patient with us. First timers, so we needed a minute of course.
Drinks came out quickly. Food was hot and prompt.
She predicted our requests and brought us our boxes and another drink!
Very impressed! Will go back every time we are in town!

I’ve never seen so many employees in one place that looked so miserable. I saw 1 person smile the entire time we were there. Not sure if its a management issue, you could definitely feel tension in the air. They have trivia night advertised, but not one server mentioned it and it looked like it wasn’t even a thing. Now to the food…. I was super excited to order a Taco pizza, the flavor was there but I could not find any meat on it. I love trying food in new locations, and this place definitely left me disappointed.

I have to say I was very pleased by my experience at the Z. Not only was the beer cold and ready on tap, and my garbage fries not so garbage (they were fireeee), Jackie my server was as sweet as the bourbon burger I ordered, which was delicious by the way. Juicy and cooked to perfection. Jackie was so attentive, always checking on me. She was full of great energy, dishing out some great recommendations with a lovely smile. Her and the Manager Tiffany also accommodated my tv request. Thank you Jackie and thank you Z for an excellent dining experience!

I had the Philly steak sandwich, this was about your average Philly, I would say a 4 star on this because the steak seemed a bit flavorless even with the onions and green peppers you could tell the steak was lacking something. Class one on the fries though. Definitely my style, great golden brown with a crunch, no salt needed!
I will say the Jamaican jerk rub wings I had were phenomenal. Very flavorful.
The food was brought quickly and so friggn hott! You just dont get that at many places. Overall great place, atmosphere is very chill and the games are on. Waitress was awesome, didn’t bug me every 5 minutes with “are you ok”. She actually did her job and paid attention. Good job lady who’s name i did not get. Would have definitely been 5 stars for me if the steak was just a little better. But hey, maybe next time! If im ever in the area again ill be sure to stop

So happy that we stopped and ate here! The manager, Tiffany, was awesome! She took such great care of us, and noticeably everyone at the restaurant. The drink was amazing! The food was excellent! The atmosphere hit! Tiffany was sweet, fun, efficient, professional, and personable. I am already looking forward to returning the next time I’m in town.

My boyfriend & myself came out for his son’s graduation from the reserves & prior to it was told about the ZLoft & the staff. Was told “you have to check it out of is so cool & the people working there are so great’! ! So we checked it out & had very good food, service & met some very great people there!!

The only saving grace for my first experience here was our bartender Angel who tried to go above and beyond to make this experience better. She tried to take my burnt food back and They wouldn’t let her.
My food took over an hour to come out, and it came out burnt, I’m not picky and would have eaten it, until a fly landed on it. After this, the restaurant got to witness a manager come out and make a scene. Leaving one of the employees crying.
