The food is wonderful, it is truly a hidden gem! Huyen brought personality, fun & expertise to the table which helped us to order exactly what we wanted! The bar tender was very knowledgeable which helped because we were not familiar with the local brews but got us what we liked! I would totally make this a regular stop if I lives close or vacationed here more often.

PHO BAY in Avon is a wonderful spot for delicious Vietnamese food. The pho is flavorful with fresh ingredients and rich broth, and the portions are generous. Their menu has a good variety of dishes beyond pho as well, and everything tastes authentic and satisfying. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and the service is quick, making it a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and a great place to enjoy a warm bowl of pho. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Avon!

This was actually my first time having pho and it was incredible! I got the beef broth with tofu and it was full of flavor. I got a small bowl and had enough for leftovers even. Staff was super nice, we wanted to watch a specific basketball game on the TV and the staff let us change the channels until we found it.

Pho broth was way too sweet. When I provided this feedback, I was told the kitchen chef was aware..ok so why not fix this?

I guess my expectations for Pho in the middle of the mountains should be fixed. At $20 a bowl, I’d rather eat somewhere else.

Literally the best broth I’ve ever had. First big bowl of pho I’ve ever cleaned the bowl. We were so impressed. I am sad even thinking about how far away it is. I wish it was down the street so I could go broke eating it 5x a week….. hahaha

Good portions of meat and LOVED the mushrooms!! No cheap white button mushrooms.

The chicken wings 11/10!!! Knew when we pulled up and someone was eating them in their car we had to try them!! So so good!

Highly recommend please have some for us

Not the best food quality. Veggies were not fresh, browning and almost slimy. Did not eat the veggies when I usually use all the veggies in my pho noodles bowl. Also did not get the protein I orderd. Only good thing about this visit was the Service, very nice employees. Unfortunately cannot recommend this location for any pho lovers

Great food. Had the small pho which was plenty and a big big boy. Though I ordered extra noodles on the side and it was like a whole additional small bowl lol oh well I ate it all. Definitely make sure to add your extra Ingradients. It is great with a bit of soy sauce and everything else. I’m not a spice person but added a bit of chili and it was perfect!

I took my dad here to have him experience Vietnamese food. They do not have ban mi sandwiches… Their pho is not authentic, the guy the waiter didn’t even know what tripe was. It was so disappointing and very expensive I’m just they need to hire a professional Vietnamese cook to teach them how to serve this kind of food properly.

We like to visit pho bay whenever we come to CO to ski. However we all found that the one in Avon tends to have less meat than in the one in Frisco. They also charged us extra for the additional sprouts, basil and lime. The fried tofu with pepper and salt was as good as other places!
