Honestly speaking, this diner has got to be my favourite restaurant. I really enjoy the atmosphere, food and services they provided. The waiter and waitress are super duper nice and very friendly. I would often go in and order the dish call “the east egg”. They are very generous when it comes to the portion of the pancake its HUGE. I came from a foreign country so for me that size is a WOW. The lady waitress especially is the nicest she would often come over and ask if my food is okey and if I am enjoying it. I really love this place. I literally go in every twice a week !

We had a great experience at East Egg Campus. It was our first time so we both tried our favorites – Eggs Benedict and breakfast hash with a side plain pancake to share. The food was good but the pancake was lacking so we left most of it. The server noticed and asked about it. We gave her our critique. She thanked us for our feedback and she advised the chef. It was very refreshing to see a staff seeking feedback from customers and working on ways to improve!

Found a large piece of metal in my breakfast quesadilla. The ingredients were wrong but I was eating it anyway, wasn’t worried about it. Then I chomped down and hit this, cooked right into the eggs. The manager insistently said it must have been the doordash driver acting out of malice. This stuff happens in kitchens occasionally, but her reaction was “that’s impossible, I cooked it and packaged it…”, when I offered to send her a picture, she said that she does believe that it was there, but it surely was the driver. That’s a bad mentality to have when you manage a kitchen. That’s how corners get cut, when you don’t hold yourselves to high standards behind the line.

Picked up a to-go order. The extended the pick up time ten minutes on my way then I still had to wait at least 5 more minutes in the over half empty restaurant, where the staff only said it’ll be a few and walked away. I got my food home and was missing items that per the menu came with my order but chose to just have my did, only to bite in and find a piece of metal. I’ve attempted to call with no one picking up and no voicemail and no other way to contact anyone without returning to the restaurant. I guess they don’t care about my experience or losing a customer.

I’m leaving a review as a door dasher. Stood there forever with no one greeting me. Food sat forever in the window while the servers only focused on tables instead of multitasking and bagging food as it came up. Could be more courteous as we are trying to make our money out here too.

Can get a little busy on the weekend, so you may need to plan ahead. But, really good local breakfast place. We got the stuffed French toast and biscuits and gravy, which were both exactly what you’d expect. Staff is always very quick and friendly, highly recommended.
