Regularly order their breakfast wraps and they have always been relatively quick and fast.
One star off because sometimes when It’s REALLY busy, they seam to favor people in the drive trough, and the wait gets a bit longer inside. You can’t really blame them, because they are busy.. but still worth noting.

This is the best coffee shop in town! The staff always go above and beyond to please the customer, and their drinks and sandwiches are delicious. I am obsessed with the amaretto flavoring in my espresso drinks. EDIT: They don’t have the amaretto flavoring anymore, but they are still the best spot for coffee! I love them!

Cabin Coffee of Mason City is amazing! My drink is always what I want and tastes delicious. Their food is great and I don’t feel like I’m eating junk food. The baristas are always so helpful and super friendly. It’s a great place to have a date, to sit down with a friend, and even work on homework. I would recommend this coffee shop to everyone!

I enjoy the drinks and most of the food. My only problem has been the service. I realize coffee shops are notorious for being slow, but even when my wife and I are the only ones in there is seems to take forever for the most simple of order.
We stopped on for a quick breakfast before heading south for a Hawkeye game, and we watched a girl more interested in whatever was on her phone then preparing our food.
This has been a common experience for us. Many employees are great, but there are the few that screw it up.
