ughhh… sooo disappointed. My husband and I drove in for early Valentines Day dinner with high expectations especially since the reviews are decent, but we left extremely disappointed. Logan was our server, and tho she was sweet she didn’t know the menu and you had to ask her for everything (as in every sauce & extra plates for apps). Our app was the BA Trio so we could try an array of items. The corn was different but ok, my husband said Sonic’s cheese sticks were better and the crawfish queso had zero crawfish in it! We let that slide and then the main entrees got to the table. My husband had the flash steak and shrimp cooked medium. When it finally arrived his steak was rare and they knew it because the server immediately said “he said he would put it back on the grill if you want it cooked longer.” My plate was the Post Oak redfish with the spinach and I added some asparagus. It arrived without crawfish on top the redfish (second dish showing up without it) and everything was swimming in butter. I finally brought it to the servers attention and she didn’t know it was supposed to come with crawfish, she had to go look at a menu then came back with a bowl of them. In my opinion a server should know the menu and know what’s supposed to be on the plate before it’s brought out. It’s unfortunate but we will not be back. We feel let down choosing them as our V-day dinner. My husband was so upset he wouldn’t even let me attempt dessert: We went across the street to Woodys for dessert, and, Woodys delivered. It’s not giving me an option to share photos but I def have them!

This was seriously the best food we’ve had in the area!! I had the Galveston Bowl(pictured below), and it was amazing! My husband got the fried shrimp with French fries which was also very good. We had the boudin balls as an appetizer and they were the best we’ve ever had!! We will be back!!

This is a brand new spot in Centerville. Solid stopping point if you are on the way to and from Houston to Dallas. I’m glad to have a new solid restaurant in Centerville.
We got the fondeaux which was awesome. There was a lot of blue crab and shrimp in it. Catfish filets were very thick which I don’t really like but they were good. Fried shrimp was awesome. We will be back.
It is a pretty small menu, but that’s the only way to make a seafood restaurant of this quality work in a small town like this.
You can see the entire kitchen and staff working while you are there which I thought was cool. Owner was awesome.
– maybe needs a little music.

Mmmm. Mmmmm. Mmmmm. That was kinda mind-blowing! Pleasantly unexpected on our road trip to DFW! Crawfish Queso was the bomb! Bacon-wrapped shrimp exquisite! Pumpkin cheesecake sublime! Even the tea was among the best I’ve ever had. Service impeccable, staff super-friendly and welcoming.
You owe it to yourself to give BaileyAnne’s a try!!

Second time dining here and it was just as incredible as the first! Derrick is truly an outstanding chef — you can taste the care, creativity, and consistency in every dish. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. The service was warm and attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole experience even better. I also love the atmosphere — it’s welcoming, relaxed, and has such a great vibe. If I lived closer, this would easily become one of my regular spots. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Bailey & Ann Seafood. Service was excellent, food had a personal touch of care, the ambience was simple and elegant. This resturant is mid way between Houston and Dallas, just off the hwy-45. Very convenient stopover for a quick and satisfying meal!!

Oh my goodness! Went there for the first time today and had a really great lunch. Maddison was our server and took great care of us. Had the fried catfish…nice crispy crust…loved it as well as the fries; you don’t need ketchup and the tartar sauce went well with the fish and fries. Creme brulee for dessert was the perfect way to end the meal! We will definitely be back and hope others will give them a try. Nice dining option in our area.

We stopped to eat here based on a friend’s recommendation. Fantastically wonderfully delicious food! Southern style cooking done perfectly! Blackened reddish was blackened perfectly, two tender filets spinach and fries. If I were to make a suggestion it would be for New Orleans style coffee and real cream or half ‘n half. This is now my favorite stop on the way to Houston or Galveston!

Overall, the food is good but the prices are too high for what you get. Got the seafood fondue and it was a soupy mess but still tasted good. Definitely expected better for $26. Grouper picatta tasted good but was served without any sides or salads? for $24? Grandma got the fried shrimp and didnt even eat all of it, which is a bad sign considering she absolutely loves fried shrimp. She said she did not enjoy the flavor. Won’t be going back, unfortunately.
