I regularly order delivery through the taco bell app, and unfortunately this location is the one the app picks for me, if i could change it I would, out of 10 orders only 7 are right, in the past 90 days ive gotten someone elses order twice, a veggie mexican pizza with beef on two seperate occasions, no drink back to back , and then most recently as of sunday i called before placing my order speaking to a manager asking if my order would be ok mentioning the above, my burrito came burnt, taco shell cracked on my taco, i then spoke to corporate twice this week the first call to cite these experiences on tuesday and a second call today because i didnt receive a call back in “3 days” from a supervisor as i was told I would, but still i ordered today in good faith hoping my order would be done right and the store had been contacted , today i ordered 2 freezes and then a quesarito and a black bean grilled cheese burrito, both with extra rice, ZERO rice on my quesarito. One may ask why keep ordering? Im a loyal tbell goer and have been for over a decade and i keep saying ah theyve had a bad day this was a one off, things happen, but at what point is it no longer an accident?!

There were several missing items in my order. I asked for the cheese and tomatoes to be removed from my taco salad. There was only cheese and sour cream on my taco salad. No veggies. I’m allergic to dairy. The 5 piece nuggets had 3 dried out nuggets. This was the most disappointing, lack luster meal I’ve ever had to feed my family.

Easy to order. Have had a few mistakes with orders but staff is quick to fix the issues or replace missing items. No complaints that would deter me from visiting again.

You must place your order on the kiosk, no person to talk to. No for me personally. Probably won’t go back, but if I do it will be the drive thru and then go inside to eat.

They play around in the drive through.People are trying to get their food and go to work , not sit in the drive through ten or fifteen minutes

It’s fast that tastes good. Service was good. What else can you say about Taco Bell? The do offer kiosks for customer convenience. You better star getting used to them because that’s all you’re gonna be able to order when Maryland mandates $15/hr minimum wage.

This review is for Daria(? Red hair) working at 12am Dec28th. I’ve been in f&b my entire life and that was the best drive through order service I have ever received. If I still managed a restaurant I would have offered her a job and came back to convince her if she declined. I wish I could remember her name but it definitely started with a D. Great job!!!
