Ordered the tenderloin horseshoe for pickup tonight, when I got it home (a block away) the tenderloin was pretty cold and the queso tasted like it came straight out of a can. We have ate here before and had a bad experience with the food then to. We will not be going back.

Out of towner here- this place is GREAT! the food was fresh, hot, and DELICIOUS! The bartender/server was so kind, and made me a yummy drink (I don’t drink often and just asked for something fruity) overall a great place to stop when passing through. Prices are great too!

Very poor pickup experience. I arrived on time but was made to wait outside in cold weather with no proper response from the staff. When I finally received my order and checked it briefly, the employee was rude and shut the door in my face without listening. The behavior felt disrespectful and unprofessional.

2022 217 comfort food week. They offered a country fried steak dinner for $8. It was absolutely delicious. Almost melt in your mouth. Creamy potatoes. Gravy was full of flavor The bartender made sure I always had something cold to drink past my compliments on to the chef and he was very appreciative. I was so thrilled to learn that this is all the menu all the time.
Went during 217 week. The brochure reads like a beer and/or Jack speciality drink is included in the $7. I was totally fine with just the burger for that price. Bar tender was friendly and prompt. The food coming out of kitchen not so much. Took 30 min to get burger, blt and 1/2 lb wings. In that time saw 1 pizza and 2 burgers served, wasn’t busy. They are trying and I get it. Food was good, tender wings, blt lots of bacon and burger was spot on. Prices are very reasonable. We will be back.

The server was so bad. She could not remember any drink orders and there were only 4 of us. The bar was pretty empty. She took forever serving us and honestly acted like she wasn’t in her right mind. They were out of like 3 things we ordered. She kept breaking glasses and my cup came back smelling like cleaning supplies. Will not be back willingly.

Food is not great. From reading the reviews (which i should have done before i wasted my money) they definitely lack customer appreciation and basic etiquette. Ive worked in customer service for over 10 years and would never respond the way they do to people who have given them business. Before stopping here I’d recommend the stadium bar and grill down the road. Great service and food and would never become hostile if you have an issue after spending your own money to keep them in business.

Very neat place, walk in the front door and fall into a pool table. Kinda awesome attention getter. Plenty of seating, game room, and live music. Great place to spend a night getting something to eat, having a drink or two….and enjoying the band. Fun night.
