This was a return visit. We came here when it first opened and it was ok. nothing great. This time was so much better. We really enjoyed our meal at The Reserve. This place is pure class. Tomahawk steak had a great crust and tasty zip sauce included. The au gratin potatoes were some of the best I’ve ever had as well. Highly recommend this place from here on out.

We enjoyed our dinner at the Reserve Steakhouse.

Their Beef Wellington starter was perfect size and very flavorful!
For our main we had their Potatoes Romanoff, Ribeye, Filet Mignon, Wild Mushrooms and Truffle Fries.
All was very delicious, perfectly cooked, and well seasoned. The portions for their fries was enough to serve 3-4 people but overall great experience.

Had the ahi tuna tower which was fabulous! Marie was great at the bar. She gave perfect recommendations which lead us to the broccolini and beef tallow candle bread. Did not disappoint. Sat at the bar. Very comfortable and chill vibe. Would definitely go back again!

We just had one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in years right here in Brighton at The Reserve.

Marc, Steven, and Zach absolutely crushed it. The service was over the top, attentive without hovering, thoughtful, warm, and genuinely proud of what they’re serving. You can feel it.

The sea bass with jalapeño special was out of this world. Perfectly cooked, balanced heat, layered flavor. The kind of dish you talk about the next day.

I’m incredibly proud to live in Brighton, and nights like this remind you how special a “small town” can be when people care this much about what they do.

We’ll be back.

The Reserve never disappoints! The atmosphere is always inviting—stylish but still comfortable enough to relax with friends. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful!
But the real star is the bartender Marie! She makes THE BEST cocktails (the bubble drink is legendary) and her personality & service are top notch. She’s truly the heart of the bar!

UPDATE: Our first dinning we had high hopes. Went there for our anniversary. The Food was very, very salty, seen others post the same comment. The atmosphere would have been much better without hearing the kitchen help all through our dinner. Once the kitchen door was closed a little better and we gave a 2 star. Steve the general manager reached out and said I will make this right and please give us an opportunity again. On Sat 10/18/25 we went back and ordered the same food. Note: When we book our reservations we did not use our true last name to make sure we did not receive any favoritism. The food was 100% better not salty at all and the atmosphere was great. Steve even asked how was everything. Nice job making sure the fine dinning experience was amazing. Steve and team Keep on being successful.

Went here with my best friend we both got the filet mignon with some blue cheese crust. We also got the bread appetizer with the beef tallow, side table Caesar salad and got cheese cheesecake for dessert.
Let’s start off with the table side salad, we were sitting outside, so I’m not sure if this affects anything, but it wasn’t tableside normally that means they make the Caesar in front of you and they did not do that. They just brought me out a $15 Caesar side salad that was kind of crazy. The filet mignon that we ate was perfectly prepared, which was surprisingly unexpected because in recent steakhouse trips that I’ve been to. They just can’t get it right. I’m not quite sure not understanding but this place definitely got their temperature right and I was very pleased. The blue cheese crushed on top definitely made it taste a little better. I can almost tell that maybe our steak was a grass fed cow I didn’t have a lot of flavor inside the meat. The bread appetizer was very pleasing with the beef tallow. I’ve had this appetizer at other places. The bread was a little harder than most other places, but the dipping butters n fat made up for it was very good. The dessert was phenomenal just a plain, not normal New York cheesecake. Better than cheesecake factory so good. I definitely will be back and probably be trying the chicken that my friend’s husband got it looked amazing. He also said it was very juicy and amazing. Lots of wine options as well, which is very satisfying to a wine drinker like me and I love to pair my food so that was a wonderful option as well and the wine prices weren’t too overpriced which I’ve seen done at many steakhouses.
I’d say besides a couple minor things this place is doing way better than most steakhouse franchises like the chophouse or Ruth Chris. Good job Brighton.

My wife and I visited The Reserve for the first time . It was outstanding! Anna was our server and she was excellent! Steve (manager) visited our table to check on our experience. Wonderful atmosphere! The food was amazing! We each had the ribeye along with broccolini and the au gratin potatoes (wow!). They also had a great selection of wines. We will definitely be going back. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Not just consistently great food but also consistently great service. The chefs prepare the specials with tremendous heart and the front of house staff appreciates the work being done in the kitchen. Mark’s table side service and Steven’s wine knowledge completely round out an exceptional experience. Make it a point to put this restaurant in your regular rotation.
