You know Pizza hut’s pretty good as a whole, this location seems to be a little faster than most. Let me ask you guys a question is it me or did the supreme Pizza used to be a lot more supreme. Or the pepperoni lovers I remember it having like layers of pepperoni and tons of cheese. I just kind of feel that all the pizzas are light on cheese and maybe they are. Maybe it’s a cost cutting measure to keep the prices down who knows either way pretty good pizza.
The cool thing about this location is it is relatively new dried off of 21st South right before 700 East and I don’t think a lot of people know who’s there because it’s never busy.

This was hands down the single worst pizza I have ever had. Terribly undercooked, dry as a desert, zero seasoning, hardly any cheese, and the cheese wasn’t even fully connected because it wasn’t baked long enough. It quite literally tasted like the Lunchable pizzas you can get from the grocery store for 2 dollars. Its hard to get pizza to be genuinely bad but this was the in all sincerity the worst pizza I have ever had. It arrived quickly as well, so it’s not like it was cold because it was slow. It was cold because it was hard and undercooked. If I could give zero stars I would. Way too expensive to be this truly awful.

I spent over $20 on a pizza that was completely burnt around the edges and missing the toppings I ordered. The drive there was a hassle with all the traffic, and my pizza was taped up, so I decided not to open it until I got home.
Additionally, their website states that their huge cookie is supposed to be cut into 8 slices, but when I opened it, all I found was a plastic knife to cut it myself. While that part didn’t upset me as much, the fact that I paid over $20 for a burnt pizza with missing toppings did.
If they were out of the toppings I ordered, a simple call would have been appreciated—they had my phone number and email.
I spent a little over $33 for a large pizza, a cookie, and a 2-liter Pepsi, only to be met with this disappointment. Please take my advice and don’t waste your money here. It’s not worth the trouble and disappointment. I read some reviews before ordering and it seems they frequently forget toppings, which was indeed my experience, along with receiving a pizza that was completely burnt around the edges.

Just ordered the triple box thing. It was all so undercooked. Very disappointed in this. $30 for delivery and we won’t even be eating it. Super bummed.

First they do not deliver anymore. They are yet another company that now uses DoorDash (along with all the problems with them). I called because the delivery was late. “Thats not our problem, its DoorDash’s problem”. I said it was a bit odd that the delivery driver in the picture was clearly a female, but it was a male that showed up to deliver the food. Again the Pizza Hut rep said “Thats not our problem”. I said I rejected the order because if its not the proper delivery driver, I can not trust the safety of the order. Magically Pizza Hut said “they dont have my CC on file so they cant refund me”. The person I spoke with said they havent had delivery drivers for over 2 years, which is a lie because I used to work with someone from this very store a few months ago who said to call them and they will send the order out with their driver… Not to mention I have had their own drivers deliver within the last few months. The mere fact that they “dont have a way to refund the order” is also very shocking. ZERO accountability with this company. Im sure they will be yet another company to go out of business thanks to DoorDash. If its not for the people who refuse to order from them because of DoorDash, it will be from the refunds or replacement of food they will have to provide because of them.

Your new answering service is terrible- even though specifying over & over that I needed it delivered at a certain time. They delivered 3 hours early and did not even send the right pizzas. Half of my crew could not eat it. I will never ever use this company again.
