Visited on a Sunday morning — it was almost full with people enjoying their coffee and chatting. The café has plenty of seating inside, making it a nice spot to relax. I ordered a ham and Swiss baguette (warmed) and a regular coffee with whole milk. Both were excellent — the coffee was one of the best I’ve had outside, and the sandwich was fresh and really tasty. Great experience overall!

My mom and I stopped by here as we were on a waitlist at Boiling Point with a time estimation of 45 mins to 60 mins. When we arrived, there was a line of about three people and the tables were pretty much full which was unfortunate as we wanted to have a seat while waiting. There was two small tables, long tables and bar counter and chairs. The decor and lighting is the same as other Starbucks. It was my birthday so I have a free drink or food choice but I opted for the drink as I was going to eat soon and we went with a hot a venti Chestnut Praline latte. Additionally, I got a birthday cake pop as a small present for myself too. I told the cashier my order and then once it was time to pay, I told him that I had a free reward due to my birthday and the cashier wished me a happy birthday, which I appreciated!

We visited this place today while charging our car. We had planned to have breakfast somewhere, but there were no other options around except for Starbucks while our car was charging. The lady who took our order and checked us out was incredibly friendly. Even though my partner’s birthday had been a few days prior, she honored her birthday drink. The staff was even more attentive when they called my name, mentioning that the drink had a lot of caramel (because I had requested extra). Despite the apparent busyness, they maintained a positive and friendly attitude. We both ordered food and a drink and it was quick in return!

Poor customer services. I create a note of my customize drink order and gave it to the barista. He put it in wrong to my drink turn out missing a cold foam. I asked them that they type in my order wrong. The staff was super rude and tell me “what do you want me to do.” Then he pour the foam kn top of my drink and make sure to let me seal the lids so it can spill all over on my hand. He also make sure to throw on me a side of foam with an attitude. This used to be my favourite starbucks location but not anymore. DO NOT ORDER YOUR DRINK HERE AS STAFF ARE NOT FRIENDLY.

I witnessed my custom drink being first laughed at and then ignored for 15+ minutes by two baristas until third completed it without laughing and with haste. She got the max tip. The other two should be fired.

Came in yesterday for a veteran’s Day coffee. Went outside for a smoke, came back in.. waiting for my bus…and ordered another coffee.offered to pay for it.the barista said it was a refill and she gave me a muffin.offered to put $2 on my debit card for a gratuity.they didn’t do it.great surprises for the free second coffee and muffin.
