My favorite restaurant in Lancaster hands down the best food!! every time I visit the location on Richmond drive I have the pleasure of being served by BERTO!!
He’s a fabulous bartender!! Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly!!
The food is always amazing I order the steak fajitas and the guava frozen margarita

My wife and I were just searching around for something to eat and came across this great Mexican restaurant. I got Shrimp Enchiladas and they were fantastic. They actually sauteed the shrimp (some places do not). Everything was flavorful, hot and well made. I think the Horchata may have been homemade too. All in all a great place for Mexican food

Easy place to watch sports or grab a drink. Fantastic service and they’ve got a margarita sampler with some unique flavors. Not all delicious but I enjoy trying to new things. Food wasn’t my favorite but they’ve got some staples on the menu if you’re looking for tacos or a quesadilla in a pinch

They offer both outdoor and indoor seating, with attentive service and a huge menu to choose from. We haven’t tried the desserts yet because the portions are so large. The Mangonada drink I ordered was massive—I couldn’t even finish half of it, so be sure to check the size before ordering. I love how they serve some dishes in a traditional stone pot. The chips and guacamole are always a solid choice too. A must-try place if you love Mexican food.

I hate leaving reviews that are not 5 stars but I was definitely disappointed with our experience. Our server Liz was great! We ordered just classic margaritas and I love tequila, all I tasted was simple syrup, no tequila at all, I asked my husband and he said the same. Definitely not worth the money. We got our meals and my husbands looked appetizing and he said it tasted good but he said it was more like zucchini enchiladas with a small amount of crab rather than crab enchiladas, but regardless they tasted good. The cost for what he got was a bit much though. I ordered a shredded beef burrito, there was no cheese, no sauce of any kind and the menu said there were beans in it, there was not. Thankfully the beef was well seasoned and tasted good but my meal was pretty blah. I love Mexican food but this was a disappointment.

I haven’t eaten at tequila in years, Last time I ate there it was Over in Lancaster. Went out for a birthday party. I must say I was a little disappointed normally I don’t write reviews like this, but it’s kind of hard not to when your whole party has essentially gotten food poisoning. We went there last night and not only did we not receive a single refill for our drinks when we went to pay the checks the waiter ripped it out of my hand and gave it to my boyfriend I’m assuming because I’m a female “the men should pay” . But that was my birthday gift and treat to him for his birthday so I think it’s not appropriate for that to be done in any context , especially when you don’t know the reasoning behind why people are at the restaurant or not. all the men received the paycheck At our table Was generally, I think that would be OK if it wasn’t ripped out of my hand when I Wanted to pay. When one of our party guests ordered food, she looked at him and said are you sure as in questioning his decision on food which is also confusing. But if I’m being honest, I don’t think any of us were sure on what we were getting ourselves into given that we stayed up all night in the bathroom sick.

7-20-2023 First visit; I went for a late lunch & was very pleased. Good food; I got the combo, listed under appetizers. I also got chips & salsa, and beans. A bit pricey & they charge for every extra – but food WAS good, fresh & hot. They have a nice bar area, big fun dining room, and shaded back patio area. For people looking for restaurants that can seat large groups – this is it! But they were nice & attentive to a solo diner as well. My only critique is with their payment process. They bring a card reader to the table and they hold it while you use your card and you have to decide and enter your tip while they are right there; awkward!! I’ll definitely be returning for another feast!

Lovely restaurant!! Tequila has the best food and most authentic Mexican recipes in Lancaster (in my opinion). Such flavorful food with the friendliest staff. Prices are more expensive at this location than on Roherstown Rd, but it is definitely more of an “upscale” restaurant. Would definitely recommend!!
