The staff are rude and so is the manager. Gloria. Terrible. First they messed up my order and when I went back , they gave me mad attitude… I asked for a thigh to compensate me for their mess up . They manager and staff laughed and was rude as hell!!! Crazy because it was my first experience here in Louisiana at this chicken place that I was referred to. There were terrible! … Smh .. crazy. I’ll never go there again. And they should fire everybody and start over with a more polite staff. The food average. Not hot. The drink was good though. Fruit punch lol

The chicken was not as well seasoned as the Shreveport locations. I ordered the classic combo with one side order of dirty rice. The dirty rice was very greasy (pictures attached). Grease was all along the top, running down the sides of the container, and of course in the dish itself. So, I ended up having to toss it out. I doubt that I’ll ever go back to this location again. I’ll drive the few extra miles to the Shreveport locations, because I know what to expect.

This will be the second time that I’ve gone to this Southern Classic and my order has purposely been ordered wrong. I work near this one. A couple times out of the week during lunch hours I always order the same thing A JUMBO COMBO ALL WINGS WITH A STRAWBERRY FANTA NO ICE. And every time I got I’m given two breat and one wing. On top of that the fries were not fresh and the chicken tasted like either the grease needed to be changed or the chicken sat up, probably after the lunch rush. Also they obviously were out of wings and didn’t want to drop fresh ones so they gave me what they had. I’m always very polite when I go and I’ve tried to let it slide the only reason I didn’t dispute today because I had to return to work. Just go the one on North Market in my opinion it’s the next closest one. Also my regular all wings meal is usually 12 dollars whenever im given the breast I’m charged 14

I sat for over 30 minutes in front of the door they asked me to pull up to while car after car behind me kept getting their food and leaving. That is ridiculous. Not sure why I even sat that long considering the chicken, mashed potatoes, and fries were cold!!!
