The guy and his son are making delicious quesabirria tacos, the consomé .. es Chingón!
Only recommendation, to make sitting outside a bit more pleasant, play some good Mexican music on low. It would be better than listening to the ladies videos.

Great street tacos. Authentic style street tacos in southern Oregon. Have been to a few spots in grants pass and so far these have been the best.

We ordered one Asada Fries, one Chimichanga (Carne Asada), and one favorite burrito. Only gave 4 stars to atmosphere it’s not bad it’s just a food truck. The people were nice and the service was good. The food was pretty good. I, personally, thought they were a little heavy with the refried beans, but the food was good. Portion sizes were good, too. I could only eat half of my Chimichanga and ate the other half for dinner. My son had the Asada Fries and he said the flavor was good but the fries were kinda limp. I’ll give them a second chance.

Went there for the Quesabirras which had good flavor, but they were small and not very filling ($3.25 each) It did include a good consomme dipping sauce. We also tried the Carne Asada Fries, and had higher expectations at $13.50… They were not as pictured and the short Crinkle Cut Fries didn’t hold up to the toppings, again not much food… I did enjoy the hot sauces, and most the ingredients had good flavor, just skimpy overall.

Hands down the best Mexican food I’ve tried in both Grants Pass and Medford. MENU HIGHLIGHTS: The birria and lengua were both perfection, full of flavor and very tender. For the birria try it in the quesabirria and the lengua on a taco. Probably won’t get the pastor again, it was fine, just wasn’t my favorite and the carne asada is good in the burrito. The quantity of food was appropriately proportionate to the price of food for the quality one gets. Customer service was friendly to boot. I will definitely be coming back here.

After several weeks of smelling this awesomeness during my kids Kung Fu class across the street I finally ventured over for a tastes. Greeted by a sweet couple (pretty sure it’s family owned) I witness tables and chairs to sit at that were clean and covered from the elements (summer heat). I took a peek at the specials and menu and decided to try a galititos. Its kind of like a quesadilla with corn tortillas. So yummy! The meats were delicious. Service was fast. So happy with this place. I have definitely been back several times ans every week I have to tell myself I can’t get something everytime my kids have class. Haha. Thank you for this yummy Mexican food. My new favorite spot in town.

Absolutely loved my meal. We had a chicken burrito and rice + beans. Everything was delicious but the rice and beans stole the show. I haven’t had that could of refried beans in ages. The outdoor seating isn’t anything to rave about considering it’s in a parking lot. However they do have a good setup and there are lots of nearby eating areas if you choose take out. I highly recommend this spot to anyone in the area, it is some seriously good Mexican food.
