Food is great, but they have an employee that has no customer service skills. Went through the drive-thru and could barely hear the young lady through the speaker. Kept having to ask her questions and you could hear the attitude in her voice. Got to the window and my wife asked her if she could repeat our order because we couldn’t hear her. She then slams the card reader on the counter. My wife asked her do you have a problem repeating the order and she goes YES. So my wife asked for the manager and she replied I am the manager. And my wife told her you should not be a manager and could we have our money back. She walked away and another young lady came and politely listened. My wife didn’t want the food because she didn’t want the manager making it. But the other lady assured us she made it and it was good to go. And since I wanted Charley’s bad I took it. But I’ll probably never go back to this location if that young lady is in charge of it.

Great place to eat first time here definitely not my last. Food was great gloomy atmosphere no music and the fact that it’s in the Walmart may have something to do with it. But service was descent they messed up my order but quickly fixed it. The lemonade was great but hard to drink if you get it with peaches. So keep it regular is my advice

My husband and I went to go have lunch first no receipt given , my husbands food was made wrong my food and husbands fries were cold I never got my fries and by the time my husband got his food he was pissed and frustrated, so he was over it. 2 employees and 1 other couple n us as customers inside , other couple had go there food before us . 1 older lady and young guy as employee younger guy was the one who fixed ours but still frustrated.

I like the quality of the food at this Charleys better than any of the other ones that I’ve tried. This specific restaurant made me think different of the whole company and it had a lot to do with how the staff treated me while I was there and the quality of the food and service!. Love y’all! We spent $35 on 2 cheesesteaks and bacon fries, (drive thru) there was a long stand of black hair in my fries and the Buffalo sauce was extremely watery it saturated the entire container. The regular cheesesteak contained an excess amount of salt. I’ve only eaten at Charley’s on military installations so I assumed the quality would be the same. I bragged about the food to a friend and he was not impressed, neither was I. I definitely will not be returning.

So stopped in to Charley’s to try them out for the first time yesterday. And I’m a little on the fence about how to review them. So let me break down my experience. So we walk in to see their menu as it’s our first time there and we didn’t know what they had or what we wanted. I ended up getting the old school, my daughter got a kids meal and my wife got some lemon pepper rub wings. Well idk exactly how, but our order ended up getting completely skipped over and 30 mins later the manager noticed we were still there waiting and asked if we had already got our order. We did not. She asked her staff how they missed us and had them drop everything to get on our order and was very apologetic. Within a few mins our order was out and we were on our way home. So we get home and pull everything out and and start to eat and my wife realizes her wings are still frozen solid. She was very upset. After all that wait she now had to go back to the store. Upon her arrival the manager recognized her immediately and my wife told her the wings were frozen still and she handed her a cup so she could get a drink while she waited and asked if she wanted the wings remade to which my wife refused. She then asked my wife if she could get her anything else. So my wife asked for a Cheesesteak with no onions. The manager said ok, refunded our money for the wings and had everyone immediately stop what they were doing to make her cheesesteak. She was in and out within about 5 mins. All in all my rating doesn’t reflect the multiple mistakes made because when we all finally ate, the food was delicious. The manager was incredible and absolutely made it right. And despite some time lost she absolutely saved the experience and is an asset to that company. I had to dock 1 star for the mistakes, but if it wasn’t for her saving the day my rating would have been a 1 star. She was that amazing. Definitely a must try.

I truly don’t understand the necessity of treating customers badly. The restaurant just opened, and staff is acting like they already hate being there. Extremely rude cashier. The manager doesn’t even know how to use the app. Attitude all around for some customers and not others. What a way of ruining a restaurant.. Fries were soggy, had to pay extra for ranch, and it wasn’t even cheap

Why showcase a meal with a drink, then say it doesn’t come with a drink…and charge 2 $ more? The bone in wings were almost dehydrated. Our other order.. got it wrong, then sloppy corrected it. Very poor service, overall. I use to like yall! ;&(

From the looks of other reviews I can see this is a problem. I ordered this on Door Dash at 5:20. Door Dash waited a long time for the food. Almost 2 hours later we received soggy fries and sandwiches that were so burnt we can’t eat them. We spent over $35. Stay away from here.

I usually go to the forum, but lately have been going to the other on fm78 down the street. Also used to go to rivercenter. Saying all this because these were the worst sandwiches ive had at one of these. Could not see one mushroom, cheese was not mixed in, very little lettuce and tomato. My sons had a big glob of cheese and a few, yes a few pieces of meat. It was ridiculous. She said it was because it was 6, but he always gets 6, and I the bigger ones. They still put plenty of meat. Love Charlie’s, but won’t go to this one again. Cashier was nice though.
