This Caribou location is dangerously convenient for my morning commute stop. However, the staff at this Caribou Cabin location always make stopping there enjoyable. They are friendly, accurate, and make for a pleasant experience. I stop by many Monday mornings on the way to work and really enjoy it there. Job well done, Caribou Cabin!

The hot coffee we ordered was far from hot, not even Luke warm. We went back in the drive thru to get a new one, and before we even said anything she said – sorry was that not hot? They knew they served us luke warm coffee…. Hardly even an apology either, frustrating that they knew it wasnt good and still gave it to us.

Service was good. I always get mocha. About 50% of the time I never get my chocolate covered bean. If you are going to raise the prices of drinks. I know the bean is factored into the cost. I expect to get it. I tip your staff anywhere from 2 – 4 bucks for one drink. That’s the problem with this whole tipping and paying before you get your drink. Your not the only location that this happens at (Delano and Buffalo and Plymouth) .. It is what it is. The drink was good.
