The lady (possibly manager) that answered the phone needs to get her store under control, big don was missing Italian dressing and lettuce with barely any meat on it . Asked for extra sauce and it was a big deal but got cheese half an inch thick which I didn’t want. Pizza was also overcooked on bottom. Never had an issue with this location before tonight.

Tried the Pizza for the 1st time in 15 years. 7 inch half Serious Cheese Half Pep Extra Sauce on all. I don’t care to pay for extra sauce, but I don’t like pizza without extra sauce. I also don’t like pizza that is overcooked.

Definitely got food poisoning on Sunday from this location. It was the only food I ate that day and I was sick within an hour. It tasted great prior to me getting sick though Lol. Just forewarning, someone’s not handling the food correctly.

Food is always good, great service. Our go-to for pizza night Fridays. We actually can order and get hot food in 15 minutes. Ai is a joke but not stores fault. They always fix what needs fixed. Some reason the phone system has a hard time with half and half pizzas. So I just call in instead. So much easier and faster.

We have went to this Donatos for years and over the last year we have had let down after let down. It has been so bad that we have had to order well baked every time so that it is cooked fully. We won’t be coming back to this location and we recommend you also try out a different location.
