I had called to ask why there was bacon and broccoli bites (my girlfriend is vegetarian and nothing in the platter description says it contains meat). Person on the phone tried to gaslight us saying there wasn’t bacon in the broccoli bites (see attached photo). After we questioned why they changed the broccoli bites weeks ago (we order from them relatively often) He proceeded to question us asking “how do you know?” They lost a loyal customer due to the poor customer service I understand that we called late at night but the person that answered the phone was just straight up rude. Not that hard to be nice and admit mistakes.

Hands down the best square pizza in University City. I’m not even a super big square pizza guy but it’s the only thing I order from them because they’re so good! The Greek inspired pies are also great! Service is quick and courteous and the student discount kept me fed all through school.

I got a good amount of chicken in my chicken pasta. I went in at Midnight, and they didn’t skimp on my food. It was a plate filled to the brim with pasta and chicken.

I ordered lasagna off Uber Eats. As began to chew i felt something foreign so i spit everything out. Upon further investigation of pasta, there was plastic embedded throughout entire dish. I called store to complain and there was no concern or sympathy for my health or well-being of unborn child. Foreigner refused to allow me to speak with store manager. Negligence doesn’t do this situation justice. Store needs to be shutdown immediately. Do not order from here if you want edible food.

My stromboli had a extremely lots of onions in it when I asked for lite onions it happened before on Friday nights and less meat but they usually be on point any other day. and I paid 25.00 and it was a small counting the delivery, so no it felt like i got robbed.
