it’s the worst. Two weeks ago I went to buy cheese salwich for my children and it was reheated bread and cheese like that, without melting. Today I stop by to buy sourdog bigbreatfas sandwich and they give me the wrong ones. being that I repeated the order 4 times. They put me on hold by the door I go in to make sure which sandwich is the one I want and they take the wrong attitude. They give me my sandwiches, and they seem to be the right ones. I get home in 3 minutes. I review and honestly give those sandwiches a lot to be desired. it is a pity that dunkindonut loses its quality. Personally, I never stop to buy from them.

I recently visited your establishment and purchased a medium french vanilla coffee with cream and sugar. Upon receiving my order and proceeding down the road, I discovered that I had been mistakenly given a hot chocolate instead of the coffee I had requested. This is not the first time I have encountered errors with my orders at your establishment. Unfortunately, I did not receive a receipt and was unable to return to rectify the issue. I would appreciate your attention to this matter to ensure accurate order fulfillment in the future.

Cecelia was soo kind and patient with me. As someone who doesn’t frequently go to dunkin she was a big help on trying to help me figure out what I wanted to order. My hash browns were crispy, my guava refresher was delicious and her attitude was awesome. Will most definitely be coming back again soon

Asian / Philippino woman behind the counter was very rude and nasty.. She was yelling at the other employees in front of customers. She should not be in working in the service environment, not a smile or hello.. It took them 15min to make 3 drinks, mind you the place was empty and I was the only customer with my kids. There were flies circling the donut,. After driving away, I notice my ice latte was grainy, it has coffee grains at the bottom. You know I’m not going back here.

Asked for extra cream cheese 3 times…woman could not understand me so I said A LOT..A LOT OF CFEAM CHEESE…when she handed the bag to me I asked again…”is there extra cream cheese?” She just nodded and smiled however I could tell she had no clue what I was saying I was in a rush so I couldn’t open the bag but when I got to work….guess what…no EXTRA cream cheese
