Fries were well seasoned but cold. Had to ask for a second drink because there was no syrup in first one and sweet tea is not brewed it is from machine and made me nauseous. The chicken sandwich was small but taste good, but trying the Cinnabon pull apart was a big mistake it was warm and icing was great to the bun was so dry it was not edible. Service was polite which brought the overall up from 2 to a 3.

Lobby was overflowing with trash, drink machine in the lobby was out of syrup even after telling the guy working the front they continued to give other customers drink cups to use in the lobby which makes no sense. Everyone waiting for food kept warning each other not to use that drink machine. I waited 25 minutes for my food (which I had time but if you’re in a rush not the best place for fast service) I also used the restroom which had no toilet paper. After notifying the man working the front he seemed to care less that it was disgusting in that lobby.

1/19/26: 1:35-1:55pm. We waited in line for about 20 mins with only 1 person in front of us. In the span of 20 mins we saw many upset customers complaining about the wait and lack of accuracy in their orders. The amount of cussing coming from the person who was supposed to be on the register was quite the spectacle. When a customer came up stating that they have been waiting well over 30 mins for their order, the response of “You’re gonna have to wait cause I ain’t moving fast for nobody” prompted us and many others to leave. Went to Chick-fil-A across the street instead which was much busier (the reason we went to Wendy’s in the first place) however we ordered and finished our food in less time spent at Wendy’s.

Had to wait for meal. No sauce for tenders, which tasted awful; fries tasted old and not hot. Had to drive back to window per employee to get my drink they forgot to give me and had to wait behind 2 cars! Then told oh, we are out of coke. Had to order new drink! This locations is terrible. Taking my business elsewhere.

I can’t stress enough how much better this Wendy’s is than every other fast food place we go to.
We nearly never have missing anything. The staff is not only super kind amd good with my toddler (who likes to help order), but hilarious.

Hell, it beats a few sit-in restaurants around mechanicsville at double the wendys price.

The management and staff should be studied as role models on how to do things, 10/10 for fast food!

Hours posted were closed at midnight. Pulled up to the drive thru at 11:30 pm. No response no acknowledgment, nothing. Pretty unbecoming of any establishment to not provide service within operating hours even at 30 minutes until close.

They would not honor my 2025 keychain Frosty. The Wendy’s website says that all locations honor the 2025 until the 2026 is released. Staff was also rude about it – management yelled no across the restraunt. I went out of my way to come here and left with no food and disappointed. This Wendy’s does not follow corporate protocol.

Bought this meal. Very surprised to find out that it was $10.99. For chicken nuggets 10 of them, small fry, two secret sauces, and an ice cream treat. The only thing that was good about this meal was the ice cream. Not worth $11.50.

This is, by far, the very best Wendy’s Experience I’ve had in YEARS!

Everyone on staff was friendly, proactive and made sure every table area was cleaned with great pride.

If you ever need a place to stop off 95, make this a go-to!

Terrible customer service. Waited at the drive thru behind one car for 30 minutes. Parking lot was basically empty too.

They’ll say “I’ll be with you in one minute” and it really is ten minutes.

Then I received an attitude after I asked if they didn’t forget about me after waiting ten minutes when they said it be one minute
