I waited 10 minutes while the employee was in the restroom. Then I placed my order; besides me, there were no other customers. I ordered just an apple pie. After that, the employee was doing her own tasks for 15 minutes before simply handing me the already prepared pie, since these pies do not need to be cooked and are kept ready in advance.

This restaurant is unbelievable disgusting and rude they have no customer service or experience at all Wendy and Carlos were more worried about chatting behind the counter instead of helping customers and pleasing them they did not show great work ethics at all I had a horrible experience with them showing me how lazy and unwilling they are to please the customer it’s suppose to be Burger King have it your way but with this staff it’s there way or the highway and take it or leave it they don’t disservice to work for this company at all!! They lost a customer for sure at this location !!!!

I went back the next day as I was in the area and after telling the manager what happened, he was quick to offer a solution to my problem and made me a new steak sandwich which was very good. Shout out to him; it’s unfortunate that I didn’t get this service originally.

Food is ok. Everytime I have been there this past month they can’t seem to get anything right. I am tired of getting incorrect orders because they want the best time. The customer service is trash. If they work so fast and get things wrong it makes me question if they clean properly and handle anything else correct? I am officially done with Burger King. Also asked what size cup I wanted for ice so they can charge me rather than a free small cup of ice like everyone else.

Unexperienced people working. They messed up our order and charged us $10 extra. Then they didn’t know how to refund it. It took them more than 20 minutes to prepare 4 burgers, with zero crowd. Even after that, they gave us the wrong sides and couldn’t follow our specifications.
